i bite my nails all the time. somtimes i bet them some much or so hard, they bleed. it really hurts but i cant stop especially when im nervous. what do i do to stop??

aww..well i heard of this nail polish u put on ur nails that taste really nasty..u should buy it so that when u bit ur nails u taste it and u dont wanna do it anymore..or maybe just have a friend or family memeber to tell u to stop every time they notice ur doing it..

hmm..well my frens brother does that to..and they put hot sauce on his finger so he wouldn't do it..u could try that..OR maybe juss keep ur hands occupied (other than sucking ur thumb) so that u don't think of sucking it or are tempted..and always chew on something like gum or maybe try suckin on a sucker so that u can replace the sucker for ur thumb..if that doesnt help i have a ton of other ideas so just hit me up and i'll answer away : )

well i came across this problem to..so when my boyfrens birthday came around..i juss tried to get some clues..and like we were talkin on the fone and he was listening to a song on the radio by TuPac..so for his b-day i got him the soundtrack to TuPac cd..and he really liked it. especially cuz i didnt have to ask him what he wanted i juss guessed. or if that didnt help maybe give him a nice shirt, cologne, mmm..a gift card..who knows..be creative..if he likes u enough he'll juss apprecitate recieving something from u..

wow that's really tiny..when i was 13 i was like..mm..i think 95. I think you should start eating more or maybe get active and gain some muscles (musle weighs more than fat) cuz i mean im not a doctor or anything but 78 is really light for ur age..and i don't think it would hurt to gain a couple of pounds over the summer..then when u come back to skool u can show ur new curves! : )
