Hey everyone! So I just made this thing if anyone wants to talk or ask for my advice or what not, I'm not Dr. Phill so don't expect some expert answer but I'll try my best and we'll see how it goes!

just about every friday i go to a dance and i always have to wear something i dont like out of the house because my mom wont let me wear: camis, leather pants, short skirts, tank tops, wife beaters, eye liner, mascara, eye shadow, hoop earings, u get the picture. well i always change when i get there. its a real pain. does anyone know how i can convince my mom to let me look like im 13 not 6. thanx for ur help.
ok youre 13, not 18. you dont have the maturity to look hot yet, unless you get things done for you like JoJo. your mom is so right, leather pants look so trashy, most of the time 13yr olds dont kno how to do eye shadow right, and wife beaters look like ure part of the homeless crowd, so if you wanna try to look hot id advise something conservative yet mysterious so that your mom will be cool with it and so will ur friends

ok... updos are SO lame. you'll just look like another girl with an updo. if you want to stand out, you should let your hair down, especially if its long.... why not show it off!? go with some sideways bangs, highlights and lowlights with wave's in it, it'll look 900x better

ok im 15 years old, and im bout 5'3 i weigh 100 pounds even, and im a size 0. but sumhow i always think im fat! my friends r like "your not fat, stop saying that" i mean yea im not the most self-confident person.. but i dont see why my weight bothers me so much. i dont have like rolls or ne thing. but im constantly talking about how i want to lose weight. yet i know im not fat... but at the same time i convince myself i am. i think it has to do with my x boyfriend, b/c he called me fat as a joke once, but since then.. ive been really concious about it. i dont know wut to do. or how i can stop being so obsessive about my weight and just my personality towards it in general....ne suggestions? thankx

if youre THAT insecure and by just ONE joke you start to flip out then you are really low on confidence. confidence is EVERYTHING. if you just dont want to get bigger then just keep eating the same amount of stuff and you wont gain weight. but if you lose more weight you'll look really digusting like some of those girls that are so skinny people make fun of just as much as fat girls. so think of it that way, its not like youre trying to trick yourself, because its so true. besides u shouldn't care about what ur ex says... who cares about him anyway

you need to get over him. like i always say, guys want what they cant have. so if your being dragged along then you should tell him its enough and youre over him. because now since he know you have feelings for him, you'll just be an easy target. the best revenge is to have fun, so go party with some of your hottest guy friends!
ok, yesterday at school my wallet was stolen. then today, some one said they found it in the park and gave it back to me, i looked and all my money is missing, but my photo id is still there. but i am afraid who ever took my money also wrote down my social security number. and now i am afraid of identity theft. what can i do? btw, i'm 17 if that helps any

ok first of all. you NEVER directly tell a guy you like him. flirt with him. a lot. but play hard to get cause guys will always want what they cant have. but since u've already told him, all there is to do is act the way you did before you told him, or you could just avoid him. but if he likes you back and u avoid him, then you'd never find out. so youre pretty much stuck in a hole.

go to MAC and they'll dress you up really cute. just tell them what you want and what colors. to bring out your eyes make stand out, darken the shade of whatever color u use on the crease of your eye. using brown eyeliner would be better bc ure hair is reddish, but since i dont know you, you should just get it done. it'll last A LOT longer, and look A LOT better... also they'll give u some beauty secrets

I am a 17 year old girl. I do not come from a poor family on the contuary i am well off. The thing is that i have a habit of stealing be it from mobile phones which i have now about four,i also steal all of my aunt's clothes and her baby's clothes. The last thing i stole was a video camera from my school.For the previous things i stole they suspected me. Once even the police came to school for i was a suspect for stealing a teacher's cell phone. My parents knows about my problem and the threatens to tell my boyfriend if it continues but really i cannot seem to be able to stop. I sometimes give these stolen stuff to other people and rarely keep them 4 myself.WHAT SHOULD I DO?
you should just not take stuff. if you're well off, then just buy it! then you'll get the stuff without the stealing part.
Hey, I'm 13 in eighth grade, and this Saturday on October 30th, there will be a Junior High Halloween Dance. I need a costume idea, but I go to a Catholic school, so we can't have "vulgar", "revealing", or "gorey" costumes, as my principal says. I want to dress girly, and I want people to be like "Whoa, that is a great costume!" I'm not sure if this would help, but I have red hair that's down to the ends of my shoulder blades and white skin. DEFINATLY blue or brown. if you cant decide, i'd highly recommend both colors.

you could do a lot of things with your hair! first of all, since your forehead is big enough, you should get some whispy bangs and a shoulder length hair cut with some texture but no layers. and i think if you dyed your hair brown it would be too cute! you should probably get your hair flat ironed too. some highlights and low lights would be good too. thats just my advice tho, because in the end, all that matters is what youre happy with. so go ahead.. experiment and have fun with it!

first of all, thats a terrible fashion statement, but if its for halloween purposes then its okay. you should probably get it done professionally. it'll last longer and look better. or if you really cant figure it out, just draw on your cheeks with marker

i am at my wits end as to what to do circumstances are such that i may not be able to get my kids that much for christmas i know that christmas is more than gifts so if that is your advice thanks but my kids are use to gifts for christmas i am sure i will be able to figure something out but any suggestions would be helpful thanks this is really getting me depressed
kids really love money. think about it. it makes TOTAL sense. the kids can pick out what THEY want AND its easy for the parents and saves them time with deciding. some people might say that doesn't come from the heart and its just an easy way out. of course its both! kids like to get what THEY want not what PARENTS want them to want, so give them money for christmas, it'll be great. and depending how old they are, get them some cool gadget thingy too, that wouldn't hurt
Well its my first year in college and I am like 500 miles from home and I only know 3 people up here at college. I have joined the softball team at my college and that has really been my only way off meeting people and all the girls on the team are really nice. My thing is, is that I would like to go and hang out with the girls on the team outside of practice and seeing them at school. But they seem to have their own little groups between them and me being a freshmen, I feel like they don't want me to hang out with them. They talk about going to parties and going out during practice but never tend to invite me, and I don't want to feel like a bug and invite myself or say anything about me coming along. But I am just getting sick of hanging out with the same 3 people everyday and night. I would like to have some other people to go and do things with instead of sitting in my room doing nothing. See my problem is, is that I am shy so I don't talk much while at practice or games so that might be why they don't invite me but thats just how I am for a while when meeting new people then after a while I open up. So what do you suggest that I do? Any advice would help. Thanks a bunch!

Well, if you don't talk much, they'll just think you dont want to talk to them or go out! Having confidence is the key to EVERYTHING. invite yourself in a nice way, or go with your 3 friends. it's always good to have back up cause then it's like ure in a crowd and its more of a confidence booster. but as long as you know how to have fun.. you'll definatly find a way into the group!

act yourself. act like you did BEFORE he found out. don't make it a big deal at all. but if he brings it up, tell him you dont like him and/or ure not ready for a relationship. afterall, guys will always want what they cant have... so play a game with him ;)
