Ok, I signed up for Names Database a couple of months ago and I had NO Idea that I could type in my name, in a search engine and it would tell my full name and were I go to school. So I sent them an email telling them to remove me last night. I still haven't gotten a responce and I don't know what to do. So does anyone have any oppinions?

I worked for two company already. I am jobless now. I always feel not happy when my boss assign many tasks for me to do; they just talk about work, but never talk about salary.
My friends tell me that just do what the boss assign. It is not the time to think about salary yet.

Your friend is right. The harder you work the more leverage you will have in your salary. Also doing some research with your company's competitors can help. If there's another company offering you better pay then bring that to your boss' attention. He might make you a better offer than they do. And if he doesn't then you still have the offer from the other company to take up.

I am a 14 year old female who is recently living with my father by force. My father took me from my mother about 5 months ago because he read my little cousins diary that said i was doing drugs with my mother which is not true. my mother is desperatly trying to get me back but she has little money. I feel that I am becoming more and more of a danger to myself everyday here. there is no physical abuse but there is neglect. I am running away before the end of feburary and I need a SAFE place to go so that I am not on the streets. I am having problems finding a place to go many shelters will only hold me for 24 hours but i need more time than that. So I am asking advice on where i should go as a 14 year old female who is possibly suicidal. I have no transportation so i am also asking for advice on that.
Right now the internet will be your best tool. Search the net for your local laws about child custody. In many states you're already old enough to choose which parent you live with. The only way your father could prevent you from staying with your mother is if he has physical evidence of her being an unfit parent. Also it would require very little money and hardly any legal proceedings what-so-ever. In Florida my father represented himself (meaning he didn't even have a lawyer) and got custody of my brother, sister, and myself, simply by the three of us telling the judge we wished to live with him. 50 bucks in court fees and 1 week later we were all where we wanted to be.

I have guy issues. Every guy I like, never seems to like me in that way. All the guys I like are my friends, and I don't know what is wrong with me. I'm kinda pretty, realtively thin, atletic, I got boobs and a butt, so I don't understand. I'm smart, and I don't think I have a dull personality, I like to flirt and joke around. I have a crush on this guy, actually it's more than a crush, I think I'm in love with him. We have been friends for 3 years, but I've always hoped we'd become more than friends. Well someone recently asked me what qualities about this man that I love attracted me to him. Then suddenly it dawned on me: He's exactly like my father!!! These are all the similarities:they both have dark hair and brown eyes, they both have really hairy chests, they are both very tight-wadded with there money, they are both workaholics, they both drink a lot of beer, they both are very flirtatious with woman, they are both humourous yet serious, they both have REALLY bad tempers, they both have been the boss of there own business, they both have been called an asshole behind there back, they both have been to court because of enemies made at work,they both are the oldest child, and they both have sex addictions (my dad cheated multiple times on my mom, and my crush admitted to me that he struggles with pornography.)
Well now that I've finally figured out why I'm so attracted to this man, it kind of grosses me out. Should I still have feelings for this man? Because in some perverted way it feels like I have feelings for my dad.

Believe it or not many people often end up with this same situation. In my case I was raised by my grandparents and my girlfriend is remarkably similar in personality to my grandmother. I recorded myself singing on a video recorder, which is pretty accurate, and it was really...well, different than I expected. It wasn't that bad, but it wasn't really good. But my dad and choir teacher say that I'm good. Does everyone think they don't sound too good for the first time, or is it just me? Am I not a good judge of this because it's hearing myself for the first time and all?
If it was just your father saying so I might have been skeptical but your choir teacher is a professional. If he says you've got some pipes then you have no reason to worry. As far as why you sound different on a recording, it's actually because we hear our own voices at a lower tone than everyone else hears us because we not only get the sound vibrations from our mouth to our ears but also the vibrations inside our throat and mouth travel through our bodies directly to the inside of the inner ear.

how do you heal a nose ring infection?
i tried looking online but i keep hearing different things, so i don't know what to go by.
is it safe to use hydrogen peroxide?
some sites said yes, and some said no.

Hydrogen Peroxide is safe to use for cleaning it out but once an infection has taken root it would be best to see a doctor and get some anti-biotics. Infections are serious and should never be taken lightly. They can very easily lead to more serious health issues.
