what are crunches? and how do you do them

Crunches are almost like sit-ups lay on the floor bend your legs cross your arms over your chest and go up about half way. These are great if you want to work out your stomach muscles, have a flat stomach. Dont do them everyday though becuase you tear your muscles by working out and they need a day to contract making them stronger so do them every other day.

I went out with this guy for about 2 months. He was really shy and It didn't feel like we were even dating. So I dumped him. Now it has been a little less than a month since we broke up and one of his good friends just called me and asked me out! So I don't know him that well; he's ok looking but not what I go for and also he is nice and I don't want to make him feel bad so I told him I'll tell him tomorrow. So anyway, even though I want a boyfriend, I don't want him but I'm afraid that if I go out with someone else later on and say no to him he'll feel crappy! Usually when I don't want 2 go out with a guy who asks me out I just keep saying I'll tell you tomorrow and then finally say yes or no after about 5 days of torture! But now I'm in middle school and I know better than to lead them on! What do I do? Oh and not that I care what people think, but people always know who's dating and this kid isn't much of cool he is kind of weird and even though he hangs with popular kids he doesn't seem so popular...people will talk! 14/f Hey well there is this one guy who i serioulsy really really really like...everyone knows I like him... even his friends most likely...well the problem is I have liked him for a really long time...and alot of ppl want me to get over him... but I dont know how... i tried looking at other guys but for some reason when i start to like another guy I suddenly stop and go back to likeing him...i have never gone out with him which really sucks cause i really want too... ok well we dont talk that much at school but we talk on the phone...ok usaully when i talk to him we talk for at least a half hour at least unless he has to go... well the other day i called him and i think he was being kinda rude...(i havent told anyone especially my best friends cause they dont really like him and if isay something that will just make me sad cause they will say good get over him and i dont wanna cry...cause that will make me cry...)ok back to where i was he said something that hecka made me sad...so i like hung up the phone and like started crying.... i wanna talk to him again but i cant tell him that he made me cry... cause i dont think he has realized how much i do really like him... also i know he doesnt like me cause i know who he does like and know that he wants to go out with her..(she has everything i want)ok so heres another thing i havent called him since then and yea its just been like 5 days and i dont know if i should even talk to him anymore on the phone cause he makes me hecka sad what should i do???

Your friends are probably right in this case. I know you do not want to hear move on but it would be the best thing, try and get a b.f. A b.f might not be what you want and you still might like this other guy but give someone else a chance they might end up being the love of your life. A relashionship takes to things to work,
1. Love for eacother
2. Respect.
After what he said to you on the phone you shouldnt have respect for him, so try your hardest to move. Or better yet dont worry so much about boys you have your whole life just hang out with your friends, your still young have fun and dont get your heart broken!

is it safe to have sex with my wife when she is pregnant?

Yes, it is ok to have sex while your wife is pregnant. Nothing will happen to tha baby and its not like she can get pregnant again. You might have to try different posistions though as the baby tends to get bigger.
