There really aren't any that make it bigger but some that give the impression it is bigger such as lifting it. Lunges, Squats, leg lifts..it all raises your butt and gives the impression of a larger one.

Okay so my best friend is all of a sudden being a total jerk to me. She's saying I'm stupid when I'm an A- average student and she's a C average student. She's saying just because it took me a longer time to move up a level in gymnastics means I'm not as good as her when I'm the one who got her into it and she's only moving up a level because she wants to be better than me. I work my butt off to get the scores to move up but she gets a score 4 points lower than mine and she can move up. I have other friends but I spend more time with her. What should I do? (link)

Ok well it sounds to me like she feels that your friendship has become a competition and is using things such as grades and gymnastics to put her above you which obviously isn't happening. What you need to do is sit down with her and tell her she is a good friend of yours but you dont like the way she is treating you. If she is really the friend you think she is she will understand and everything should straighten out. If not you'll realize she wasn't worth it and you should move on.

Hi, I'm 15 years old and I'm a female and there's this guy (Tom) in my class who I was dating for about 3 months but then I figured out that he was going out with OTHER girls, so I dumped him secretly. Now I'm falling for this other guy (Christopher) and I think he's falling for me, but then Tom said he appolagized and HE GAVE ME ROSES and it's SO hard to not love him but on the otherhand there's Christopher. 135 isnt fat..depending on how tall you are. if you seriously want to lose weight tho cut down calorie intake and do 100 crunches a day and then trampoline.

Ok well....Me and my boyfriend started going out a couple days ago but the thing is my sister likes him and everytime she sees him and me together at school she gets this look on her face.He is in her grade but he failed last yr. so he would of been in my grade.Well I've been knowing him and now that they him and my sister are in the same grade in some classes I really don't care that they talk or hang out but the way she makes me feel and tells me things that she "loves him" and all this bullshit I know she wouldn't do anything to hurt me but it does hurt me the things she says to make me seem like I don't deserve him.Plz help I don't know what to do! Well if your sister likes him or loves him as she says but knows youre with him and he makes you happy she should let it go because obviously he already made up his mind. If he wanted to be with her in the first place he would have been. You need to go to her and tell her how you feel.
