I am 13/f and I play soccer and do drill team (dance) at school! I am very outgoing and energetic and I am a very good student. I earn my own money by babysitting and then go on a shopping spree and I can tell you right now I have fun no matter what I'm doing! EVEN HOMEWORK! I go through the problems everyone goes through with friends, school, parents, and sibblings, fashion, and decorating and everything else you can think of although I haven't had a boyfriend but I know what boys want because most of my friends are boys so if you want a boy to answer I'll just ask my friends and get right back to you. (I have a lot of friends that are girls too so any friendship problems are GREAT too)!!!

My friends name is Kylee and her middle name is Florence. But I think that you should name her Kylee Alexandra ______! Then it isn't a 2 syllable first name and a 2 syllable last name. It flows really well and sounds really nice. I hope you find a good middle name for her!!!

im 13/f, how can i make some extra money for back to school shopping besides babysitting?

You can try a garage sale or get with a couple friends and have a bake sale. i'm 13/f too and it might sound kidish but I just recently make 90.00 on a 5 hour, 1 day garage sald. i had so much fun and now i am happy. Hello,
you answered a previous question of mine (how to clean my room) and you mentioned using boxes. well i love your idea but the only problem is..we just recently got rid of our cardboard boxes..but i really like your idea so i want to try it..do you know of anything else i could use besides boxes? I thought about trash bags...but i dont like that idea too much. Thanks So Much!

Well, my friend and i used boxes and trash bags. Trash bags work perfectly. it doesn't sound like a good idea but it works. If anyone has like bins or buckets those work just as well. k so my mom is FINALLY letting me get highlights.(at a salon) :) my hair is like, a medium brown so i was wondering what color highlights would look good. i was thinking like,a reddish brown color or maybe light brown? i have no idea what color i should do. what do you think would look good?

I think it would look cute to do a brownish red so it looks a little more natural than just red. Dirty blonde or really light brown would look good also. I hope it works out.

Only go for it because you like him. Don't try to rush into your first kiss. I am 13 and I haven't had a boyfriend yet. It is because I want the first one to be someone I liked not someone I just went out with to have a boyfriend. So if you do like him then take him aside and tell him and then kiss him. If he doesn't like it why like him anyway, right???

Okay, my room is extremely messy..nothing is clean..and i feel like i cant do anything else until i get my room clean..so the problem is I HATE HATE HATE cleaning...esp. my room because it seems like a lost cause..to kinda give you an idea..i have a king size bed and there are clothes, magazines, and a bunch of other stuff on there that shouldnt be..the problem is i dont know where to start...should i start by putting away my clothes? picking up things on the floor or picking up trash or what? Thanks so much in advance!

First find TONS of boxes and then take everything, and I mean EVERYTHING out of your room. Put the stuff in boxes and take the boxes outside. If you don't take everything then your room will remain cluttered. Then move around furniture that needs to be moved. Then lay 4 tarps outside. One Keep tarp, Trash tarp, and Sell tarp, and one for you to sit and sort. Then only take back stuff that needs to go back. Then sort things in your room. Make sure to dust good and vacuumm. But only keep things that you need. Then don't take anything in your room without having a place for it first. It is more fun if you listen to music or have a friend help while cleaning. Just don't get too distracted. I just finished helping my friend clean her room and she loves it. It looks so much better.

ok so, i want to get my haircut but i'm not sure if it will look good. i have dirtyblonde hair and its very thick and wavy so i normally straiten it. since its really thick, i want to get it thinned, but not too thin just thinned out so its not as thick. i have an ovalish shaped head, and my nose is kinda big, well its not very big, but its not small so i want to cut my hair in a way that will make my nose seem less big in some way lol. someone mentioned that side bangs will help draw the attention away from my nose. is that true? what kind of style should i cut my hair that will look good? thanks for the help =]

In order to thin your hair you should get a cut a little past the shoulders (unless it's already shorter) and then get it layered but not short layers just about a 1/2 and an inch up from the length. Get it layered twice so it has more detail. Side bangs totally work if you have issues with your face or something you want to take away from. A side part works too. Not too far to the side but just a tad! Your hair will look so good.

My closet is a mess. It's not the clothes I hate it's just none of them look good on me. They all look so plain. My clothes are either stretched out or plain plain plain (and boring). Does anyone have a solution????

If your clothes don't fit right try wearing a jacket or fashionable vest so it looks like it fits. If you want to wear one of your shirts but the shirt is boring then add colorful accessories such as: Orange shirt, blue necklace and braclets and green earrings. Adding color helps make the shirt more exciting. And try not to add accessories that are the same color. Try using compimentary color like Orange and Blue and Purple and Yellow. Or wearing green and yellow with a pink shirt. It works. Just make sure not to go overboard. Do look cluttered, just have detail and be UNIQUE!!!!!!!

Hey howzitgoing?
having had a disasterous childhood and now in the sixth year of clinical dysthymia and the third year of psychodynamic psychotherapy im just starting to ask questions about self... To develope the self i need a sport to play that will keep me interested and exercised. Im not much of a sport type person but have good gross motor skills and more brain than brawn but can use the brawn when needed..

Well you don't want a sport where it's all up to you, like ice skating. You need a team sport like soccer or softball. it keeps you excercised and you get to meet new friends. I hope that works.

hey my name is ashley... and almost everyday afetr school i come home crying because i am always being made fun of because i smell... i have no reason to smell. whats going on, how do i get them to stop, what should i do about the smell?

Well, if it makes you feel better I know what you mean. Maybe if you don't wash up good enough or put on deoderant then you should start doing that. I you already do those things then you can wear a really pretty berry body spray and then if people say that you smell then you can say, oh, I know I smell like raspberry. Isn't it pretty. Then they don't have anything to say!
