please dont judge me.. but i have a boyfriend and i care about him soooo much. the problem is before we were official i was getting some from this guy i also kinda liked but it would never work for us to date. and we had txt sex pretty often. i went official with my bf but ive still been having some txt sex with the other guy. i feel SOO bad and after trying to stop but getting pulled back in i finally said NO MORE. if i told him hed hate me and dump me and it would break my heart. weve only been dating so far for 2 weeks and we see so much potential i couldnt have that happen. the reason i did is because he and i r pretty conservative and idk the guy would txt me late at night and be all horny and so was i. but now im sitting here crying feeling so awful. what should i do? please help me. and please dont judge. please..it hurts enough. but i kno i dont deserve him. :( (link)

*sighs* This is hard. I know if my man cheated on me, I would NOT want to know because him and I have such an amazing thing going. But, sometimes things come out of the open when you are not wanting it to. Guilt is a horrible thing, if you think your guilt is eating you up enough and your guilt is putting you through enough punishment to the point where you know for a fact you will NOT do it again, I would keep it quiet. Some people are different though, sometimes the guilt is so bad they cannot eat, sleep, function daily through life so they need to get it off their chest. It just always depends on who you are as a person.
Personally, I beat myself up enough damn times when I know I have done something wrong and I ALWAYS come out and apologize to whom ever I done wrong to.

I AM REALLY WORRIED ABOUT MY BF. TO START OF WITH he is 11 and i am 16 and WE STARTING GOING OUT LAST AUGUST TILL EARLY THIS MONTH WHEN HE DUMPED ME AND A WEEK LATER HE TOLD ME HE DIDNT WANT TO DUMP ME HIS BRAIN TOLD HIM TO AND HE STILL LOVED ME AND WE TALKED AND GOT BACK TOGETHER AND HE TOLD ME HE HAS ADHD AND IED. Then now he keeps saying he hears voices telling him to join them in hell and how he hates his life and wants to kill himself and he worried me the other night cause we were talking and then he changed and started saying stuff like i hear the bells ringing hahaha bye im goin to kill myself and he went and i was worried and i even had to phone his sister to see if he was alright as he switched his phone off and she said he was unhappy. then last nite it happened again me, him and his mate were talking and he changed and started saying stuff and then didnt rember and then he went he was coughinh up blood and his mom was talking with him and he went off and i am so worried about him cause i love him so much and i dont know what to do i just wanna be with him and help him but i dont know how........ There are ways to having this "queefing" not happen as much, unfortunately even the tightest woman can still queef. So this is not something that is dubbed as "being loose", but with exercise the queefing is down to a minimal and sometimes may not even happen during intercourse. There is a exercise called kegel exercise you can do to tighten the pelvic muscle.
To make this happen, you know when you are using the restroom and you can make yourself stop urinating and you feel those muscles tighten? This is the exercise you can do anywhere and no one will ever know.

This summer I would like to trim my stomach. Its uncomfortable and unattracting. What SPECIFIC ways could I lose it? I do not like running. However I like to ride my bike. What exercises could build abs? Could ab exercises help trim down your stomach along with cardio work? (16/F) (link)

If you are wanting a good looking stomach for the summer, you had better start NOW. You are young, so you have age on your side and it won't take as long as adults do to have a nice looking mid section.
As for cardio, riding bike is a great way to get in the cardio work out your body needs to burn off the calories. But, the more muscle you have the more calories your body will burn AND the more calories you will need to eat.
Sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, medicine ball sit ups, SWIMMING, walking around while tightening your ab muscles, backward sit ups [this is where you start in the up right position and slowly mov your back to the ground(but do not let it touch)] are all great ways to tighten the muscles. It will take time, this I cannot stress enough. I, myself get frustrated when I have been doing ab work outs for a week and I still see no real results. But, keep at it and it will surely get there.

Broad question.
Men are confusing, not as confusing as women because let's face it...we work on emotions. Men, however, do not. Like Victoria said, men are all different in their way of handling the crush thing. If he texts you, calls you, asks to hang out, wants to know how your day is going....it is a sure sign that he does like you. If you get those punk guys who tease you a lot for the simple things...maybe a sign of him being into you or not.

Hi there! I've been doing sit-ups for about...oh i'd say 2 weeks without changing my diet at all. I see a bit of difference in my upper abs, but what I really notice is the fact that when I eat, my stomach doesn't become large and bloated with food, but instead stays normal, which I'd say is a sign something's going on in there haha. If I keep doing what I'm doing and cut out the carbs I'm eating, will I see further results in terms of actually seeing the muscles in my lower abs? THANKS! (link)

Actually there are different exercises for the lower and upper abs. Crunches and sit up alone will not work out the lower part of the abdominal muscles. Instead, try to do leg lifts [this is where you lay flat on your back and not make your heels touch the ground, also this means maybe 3inches- 6inches above the ground]. This will show major improvement to your lower stomach area. Diet is also a big play into it all. Keep up the good work, and be patient...getting a good body comes with a price!
