you know how you hear about eating cereal for breakfast to help weght loss? well is it true? does eating cereal for breakfast rea;;y help you lose weight?
Yeah, as said earlier not a sugary unhealthy cereal.
It helps you lose weight by keeping you fuller throughout the day so you don't veg out and eat a bunch before lunch (haha, that rhymes) and you don't need as many calories at lunch as you would without breakfast.
so, school's almost out and i'm making a fun, summery playlist for my ipod to listen to in the car, with the girls, etc. i need some fun, never-get-old sort of songs, preferably about summer. some stuff i already have, just to get the jist of it, are: kenny chesney's "summertime", evan & jaron "from my head to my heart", ok go's "here it goes again" and uncle kracker & kenny chesney's "when the sun goes down".

I am on my school's danceline and we pratice out side all the time, I am african american and liked my skin tone the way it was is there any products out there that could be use to prevent tanning?

use sunscreen with a high SPF (there are some with SPF 50), also baby sunscreen usually helps prevent tanning. and stay out of the sun as much as possible, if you have a break, find a shady spot.
do you know how to hide the "add comment" button when you click "view more pics" on myspace? or how to get a background color for your myspace "view more pics" section. any help will be greatly appreciated!
You cant edit that section in anyway. You can edit your main myspace page, since they give you areas to put the code in, but since theres no area to edit the picture section, you cant do that. Sorry!

It sounds like you're a good friend and not jumping into a relationship with the guy she likes.
You should ask your friend if shes OK with you two getting together. If shes a good friend she wouldnt mind and would understand that she already got her chance with him, and it didnt work out.

Hello!
*Arrive early (especially if this is your first time babysitting for the family) as directed to arrive or 30-15 minutes before the parents leave
*When you are getting instructions, dont stand there like a stiff board, ask questions, nod, make sure you understand things, and laugh at the parents' jokes
*Come prepared! Wear comfortable clothes (but not pajama pants and a t-shirt with holes in it) that you can get messy if you end up playing outside or something. Also, bring a bag of things to do. Kids can easily get bored of their own things, and they'll probably want to play with your toys over theirs.
*Have fun with the kids, but remember to be in charge! Parents might ask the kids what they did, so if you did something really fun and the kids tell their parents that, the fact that you can entertain the kids might be a green light to calling you back.

OK well My cat died and i usually make forts with it and we played video games. His name was fluffball and he was really good at video games! I am so sad that he died that i don't playvideo games anymore and video games are my life! I feel really depressed... any advise?
Before you start trying to get back in video games, get over the loss of Fluffball. Give it some time, and you'll realize that hes in a better place. Part of the reason why you are depressed is because you lost your cat, probably. After you get over Fluffball, find somebody to play video games with. Although nothing can replace Fluffball, it will make your gaming experience more enjoyable if you have someone playing with you, not being alone and reminding yourself why you are alone. I bet Luka will be thrilled to learn the trick of the trade.

so i have this one friend who i sumtimes hang out with but not alot. lately i want new friends and i dunno how to hang out with her more without her thinking im using her. help!
just slowly start hanging out with her more. if you IM people, talk to her online and be friendly to her. ask her if she wants to hang out sometimes and spend more time with her. if you just slowly start doing stuff with her, she wont get as suspicious as if you just randomly jump into her circle of friends. hope I helped!

dear o hairy one,
if you think this is a problem, then try some hair removal products or get a wax job. you shouldnt take the other girls seriously. girls compare themselves to other girls, and maybe they know you'll make the team, but are making up the silliest things to make you not want to try out for the squad. hope I helped!
