i dont know if you can completly get rid of it, but you can tone it. do exsercises like leg lifts, running, jumping jacks. ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR LEGS.

me and a friend are having a party for our sixteenth birthday. well we want it pink themed. we live in a really rural area. the only cities close to us are at least 3 hrs away and we don't have our license (obviously) so we can't go and our parents are little rips and they won't take us. Does anyone have any ideas to a "homeade" birthday? we have nooooo idea what to do because of our parents. we do have a wal-mart 30 min away and we can go there. so anything you can think of please help us out. oh we are also taking donations for breast cancer awareness...if that helps you any. All of my life I would eat sugary stuff in mass quantities. Everything was fine until recently. I think that now my body is unable to control this extreme amount of sugar that has piled up inside of me because I suffer from incontinence - even if I take in small quantities of sugar.
The thing is I can't resist sugar; Like, I can finish a freezer full of icecream or a whole cake or a whole jar of jam in a few hours. This has caused me to suffer from incontinence an uncountless number of times ...I've even had public embarrasments.
So now I try to not eat any sugar for several days and then on my days off, I go overboard (on sugar) to make up for what I missed out on.
The problem is that when I don't take any sugar, I don't have any energy and wind up sleeping most of the day, unable to accomplish anything. And on the days that I do take sugar, I suffer from incontinence.
So , my questions are:
1. How do I resist sugar?
2. How do I gain energy naturally without eating sugar? (link)

when your body becomes so used to takin in the sugar, its hard for it to stop. just like as if its hard for people to stop smoking. they have an addiction to it. thats what the smoking patches do. they help reduce the amout of nicotine you get. obviously, there isnt a patch for sugar, but you can cut down on the amount of sugar you eat each day. untill you barley eat any at all. dont completly cut sugar out of your life, cause i dont think thats to healthy. but you can not have it in so much quantities. i hope this helps some.
btw, when your body gets normal to the shedual of not having so much sugar, you should start to gain engery back. slowly but surley.

the body can only take some much drugs at one time. it would do alot of things, but the most common thing i can think of is a drug overdose.

I was reading some stories about these girls who made themselves throw up, with a toothbrush, etc. and one girl said..
"Recently i have been making myself throw up and after a few times of doing it, one time my vision went all blurry and blood started coming out my nose. i had to go to sleep cause i couldnt see properly. the next day i noticed my eye had popped a blood vessel. this scared me so i stopped for a while, but the other night i did it again and woke up the next day to find another popped blood vessel in my eye"

it would make her eye bloodshot red. sometimes its just one spot of the eye, or the whole eye, its all depends really. this is because she gagged herself, it strained her eye. i hope this helps some.

dont compare yourself to others, everyone developes at different times. but yes, your should be getting your period soon. but dont be in any rush, you have it for a longgg long time after you do get it. hope it helps!
