I am a 15 year old female, and I am on a diet. I just started a couple days ago. My goal is to loose 50 pounds in a year. I was wondering what are some exercises that will be easy for me since i am now back to school. I am usually really tired and don't want to do anything. I get home at about 5:30

stop eating 5 hours before going to bed. drink alotta water. take an hour or at least a half an hour walk. do work out videos on cox on demand if you have that. eat grapes and salad itll have you poop more and that helps you lose weight. you're goal is to sweat and shed pounds.

if she says she likes you, she likes you. if she doesnt act like she likes you when you're alone, she could be nervous. if she doesn't act like she likes you in public, its because she doesnt wanna out you or make you feel uncomfortable.

I really want snakebite piercings (the lip peircing on both sides of your bottom lip). The problem is, I'm worried about how much it will hurt. I do have my ears, nose and belly button pierced, so it's not like I'm a piercing virgin. How is the pain compared to getting your nose/belly pierced? Is there anything I can do to make it less painful or maybe even afterwards, like tylenol to help? Also, how do you brush your teeth afterwards, like the bottom? Thanks! (link)

don't have you nose and lips pierced. its too much and it doesn't look good. choose one or the other.

i met this girl in may, through a school even that we had. she was really nice and we got along great! well i hadnt seen her for awhile and then recently she texted me and then we ended up hanging out, just us for the first time. it was sorta awkward though, we ran out of things to talk about. i asked her about everything! and then she just asked the same questions back. we're suppose to hangout again on saturday, im looking forward to it but i dont want it to be a silent night, with both of us staring at each other ahah. we're thinking about dinner, movie or bowling. all would be fun i think! i just dont know what else too talk about though!! i feel like i just ask her about the gossip going around her school lol and it might get kind of old. any ideas? Ask her questions about herself. Let her tell stories and feel like she can vent to you. You should tell stories or vent yourself. It might remind her of something she wants to talk about. Joke around a lot. The best way to become closer faster is to have inside jokes and laugh a lot. Make fun of everyone around you. Unless she doesn't laugh or do it with you because she doesn't want to think youre judgmental. Watch a movie so you have an excuse not to talk. You can bring up funny things about the movie. If she doen't your sense of humor, don't be friends with her.

Female 15, Softmor in High school. Seth (my best friend/crush) is 18, Senior in High school. We live in USA, VA.
Me and Seth have been besties for 2 years now. My crush on him makes me wonder if it'd ever work out, when were out & about together people always say that we look like a couple. He doesn't know I like him, yet. I know there might be issues like: Maturity, Age/legal stuff, ect. But we are so close... I can't help but wonder, a few people say the odds are I've fallen in love. Not only that, his younger sister Lily keeps telling me that we look like a married couple >.< and of course he always responds with a half-smile on his face. Does that mean he likes me back?? So, my two questions are: 'Does he like me?' and 'Would we even last?'

He might smile when his little sister says that because he just doesnt wanna be rude and act weirded out by it. Or he wasn't weirded out at all because he knows your relationship is nothing like that. Do he act jealous when you talk about other guys? Do you think he has any idea that you like him? Because if he knew or even thought there was a chance or you being more than friends he would've said something by now. I would say wait for him to say something or SUBTLY give him tests or hints. You don't want to make the friendship awkward. If he did go for it, you have been friends for 2 years, you can stay in a relationship for a long time. But don't let some fairytale fantasy urge you to tell him. He might not be willing to play the part of prince charming.
