How do I use a tampon? Do I always have to wear a pad or can I wear a tampon?

you can wear a tampon! just push the tampon up into your uturis, its almost like someone fingering you, only not lol, good luck dear

i write lyrics to songs and i write poetry and stuff a lot but i don't know where i can show it off without it getting stolen from me. do any of you know where i can display my poems/songs to where people won't take them and say they are thiers?

ok well i had my period.. 2nd time now.. and i dont know.. like how many times a day should i change my pad/ tampond?? or like my mom never had the talk with me so idk what to expect

Well change your pad about everytime you go to the bathroom, except if you go like every hour.. s change it like every 4 hours =) when you start using tampons its actually really easy but you dont have to start for another year and it has all directions on the box! good luck dear
