Well, i personally think the first dress is gorgeous!
I dont think it would make your hips look larger, because its flowy and loose. But i guess it just depends on the way your built.

i like two boys. and so, i was wondering, is it okay to say the same things to both of them? they dont hang out together, they go to different schools. so is it a bad idea to say "i miss you" to both of them, and blah blah? or should i say different things to both?!

Its perfectly normal. Im thirteen too, and for right now, i dont want to go any further than making out. I figure im only thirteen, and i have plenty of time to do more than that. haha, i dont wear underwear underneath, i think it feels more comfortable lol, but it doesnt matter, its what makes you feel most comfortable. And no, its not weird to wear girl boxers, i think there adorable (:

I dont think there are any home-made dyes, at least none that ive ever heard of. But you can get highlights in your hair if you put lemon juice or peroxide in in it and then go out in the sun for a while. Thats what i did, and they came out cute (:

okay, so i love swimming, but i DREAD wearing a bathing suit! I'm really insecure about it. I'm absolutely not fat, but i don't have a bikini body either. I'm also very self conscious about how much is showing. i always look and feel so awkward in a bathing suit. i have acne on my back that i can't get to go away, so thats embarrasing. i almost always get a once-peice bathing suit, but i'm thinking about a tankini this summer. but i want to find one i don't have to worry about. any suggestions on where to get a good (and inexpensive) one? preferably not low cut and boy-short bottoms. and also, how to overcome the insecurity. help, please?? I like old navys bathing suits, personally, and target has cute tankinis. And there low-priced.
But hey, i mean dont be self conscious about the way you look in a bikini. I used to be very insecure about my body, because whenever id wear a bikini, my boobs would look tiny, and i have acne on my chest and back. But i figured, its not the worst thing ever. No one really cares the way you look. As long as your having fun swimming and stuff, who cares about the way you look. Just forget about what other people think and have a good time.

O.k. so every time I went to the mall I used to love going to the store Delia's. But the last time I went back Delia's was closed down. Then I went to another mall nearby and that Delia's was gone too. So my question is: is Delia's out of business for good? Or is it only in my area? okay. so, i've been wanting to get snakebites for a while. its where you have one lip ring on one side of your mouth and another on the other side of your mouth. the only thing is my mom won't let me get them, because she thinks they'll hurt too much and that they'll get infected? has anyone ever had snakebites, and do they hurt alot, and waht are the chances of them getting infected and around how much do they cost?.

I have snakebites now, i got them about a month ago. And they kind of hurt for me, but thats probably because im a baby and i cant really take pain. I think it just depends on the person, some people might think it hurts, then another one might think it doesnt.
They wont get infected if you take care of them and clean them. If you dont keep them clean and stuff, they will get infected and that would be gross. Just take care of them and you'll be fine.
It really depends where you go for your snakebites. Some places charge alot. Mine were $50, but other places could be alot cheaper than where i got mine. My friend did hers herself, and hers are just as hottt as mine. :]

Plain and simple. Be yourself. Talk to her, and just be her friend. Let her open up to you and come to you when she needs something. This will let her know she can trust you. Talk to her like you would with any of your other friends, joke with her, make her laugh, compliment her and make her feel happy. Every girl loves a sweet guy.
