guys dont look for just that
in a girl they usually(unless they are a player or sumthin)
look for personality,
if they are hot
if they are nice
thats basically all i can think of

One of my "friends" is always always always trying to be in the spotlight. It's so annoying. I'm like not even her friend anymore because she's treated me so badly and stepped all over me to get attention. All my other friends knew this about her and were on my side, but then she shoved me out of the way (like she always does). So, now they're on her side =[
I just don't know what to do. I'm a generally shy person at heart, but when I'm with my friends it's so much easier to be outgoing and such. In fact, I am quite outgoing with friends. It's just that with her always around sometimes even literally shoving me out of the way, it's so hard to be myself. Every time I try and say something funny, she'll do something stupid like scream or squawk like a chicken so everybody looks at her (I'm not even kidding, she really does this) and they'll all laugh saying things like "Wow, you're so special!" or "That was interesting!" And they're not even being sarcastic. She craves the attention, will do anything to get it, and the worst part is that they actually do give it to her.
I know that she's immature and I'd like to just be able to let this not affect me. But I've already tried so hard and nothing ever works. It's really really difficult to ignore her when she always puts herself right there in the middle of everything. God I'm so sick of it.
I just want advice to help me get through these situations. And I really don't need the standard "Just ignore her, be your own person" because I know that already. It just doesn't work for me in this situation... (link)

hey guess wat ive got a friend just like that except hes a boy and so am i
its very hard to stay away from him because hes friends with my friends. sumtimes hes alright but wen he goes near this other guy that is our friend aswell then he goes crazy but wen its just me a him walkin home from skool (cause he walks to his mums work wen i walk home cause he has football trainin hes a nice guy m ost of the time same as the other guy good wen apart but wen near they can turn into real dickheads

I have a friend who constantly needs attention. It was my friends birthday, but she made everyone pay attention to her. She thinks she's above everyone, and is 'different' just to be 'different', rather than being herself completely. I know thats a complicated concept. Anyway, the other day she was being mad annoying and i told her to be quiet and she blew up on me. She just recently told me how boring I am, so I think its my turn to tell her how attention-seeking she can be. Any suggestion? (link)

oh man i know wat u r talkin about i hav this ffriend and we are both boys and in class he is always showing off..like once the teacher said sumthin about sleep and then he just yelled out SNAKE WHAT SNAKE. he is so annoyin and all of the girls like him for sum reason they may think hes hot but he aint normal...lol. he can be a bit of a pain sumtimes but wen there is only like. the two of us walkin he is an alright guy.i aint gay or bi or anything though

okayy, so i like this kid lets say joe. and we are going to this school formal dance as "just friends" as he put it. but i like him. and we just got back from this school 4-day trip and we hung out sometimes and when i was in the hotel rooming with my friends he called every night practically and we would talk and stuff but then my phone died and he said aww okay ill call you on your roomates phones but they were on it so i couldnt and i said id call back but when i did he was sleeping.
(the guys were 2 floors below the girls.) then at this dinner thing one night he was sitting at another table until we were doing this puzzle thing, he came and sat next to me and we did the puzzle for like an hour. and when we were on the phone that night he had one of his roomates talk to me for a minute and his friend asked questions like "do i know you, are you short,are you ugly?" i heard joe answering the ugly question saying NO! and another time he told my friend i was pretty. but he likes someone else. so can i do anything to make him like me? please help asapp (: id like a guys opinion too. ill give feedback tooo! well im a 12 year old guy....i would probably just like as a girl as they are. one word of advice :dont change your personality to make him like you. you should just get him to notice you a bit more like go out of you're way to sit next to him or flirt or anything to just get his attention he might think the flirting or sumthin is cute and then......BAM he'll like you
