im in the same position as you hun. and i feel like my best friend dont want anymore hassel, my mum and dad give me alot of grieve and stress me out so badly. when things got really rough i went to a counsellor at school then my best mate did really notie something was up and took me to the school counsellor there i went through to a professional, they listen to you if you just want to be heard they try give you as much advice as they can. it is completly confidentual and no one knows your there not your mum dad sister they dont need to tell them you can keep going back if you like or just once or twice whatever you need.. also there are some websites that can help you with teen advice, phone numbers, if you call a teenage/child line they do put you through to a counsellor if you would like to tlk to them. hope you find someone to help you soon hun! **hugs** xXx

using photoshop u can either crop it by using the tool down the side called crop tool (lol never of guessed that sorry) its like a square if you actually want the hole thing smaller on photoshop u have to go to image resize then type in the dimentions you would like it in e.g. cm, mm, inches. you could use http://eee.uci.edu/toolbox/imageresize/ and just follow the instructions

well just before you go out you could use a super exporbant tampon and if your not out of too long im sure it wouldnt leak you could just check it after about 2 hours even if u wear a panty liner with it u would handly see that!

i last had my period october 30th, and right now i have my period. at least i think i do. i'm not sure if its my period... or if it's cause i "had my cherry popped" or something. do you bleed alot when that happens? cause i think i have my period. but i'm really honestly not sure.

how old are u? its not uncommon when u havent had periods for like more then a year to have periods that are a bit random i know i have had that before, one of my friends had a period then had another one 3 days later another had a period for 3 weeks but she skipped a month so it could of been that or it could be because of ur "cherry" been popped and that is common i know some people bleed for a few days after and thats perfectly normal the first time, hope it goes well if it bleeds for any more then 8-9 days i would go to the doctors and no need to be embarressed about it, i've been for something like that before :)

i had a question. besides the risk of stds and pregnancy why are adults so against teen sex? like parents make a huge deal out of it and i dont see why if you use male/ female condoms and are on birth control. i mean there is always still of risk of those things but they arent the end of the world. i know what you mean my mum i go to her what would you do if you found out i was having sex at 16 like the legal age and she was like i would go crazy and i was like why :S she just said cause and i was like but your allowed then and she go just because its legal dont mean you do it though, and she goes i know for a fact u aint ready but how she know if i am or not. it's your choice and only yourself knows if your ready right? but i thought about it and i dont think like parents trust teens that they're going to use a condom right like you know they always say teens do it rough well maybe they think it going to split your going to get something and i also think maybe they want us to be like keeping it special and once we done it once, they dont want us going round not caring about it no more

u can get these thongs that like are specially made for under dresses if you go to a dress shop or an underwear shop e.g. contessa you can by this underwear its like quite thing and a natural colour! its like hmm its got no seam to it its like just one piece of material where its not been around the edge if u get what i mean if you just tell them at the store they'll knwo what you talking about!

what size knickers do you wear? thats what thong you should get by the way some people like me get really annoyed with thongs and g-strings are so much better if you dont know what they are there just liek thong but instead of the big kinda chunk of material at the back its just really small hence the name 'string.'

hmm its hard to explain but where you have like a small side parting and where there's less like but three different bits up with a lil butterfly clip thing if you know what i mean sorry prob confusing you lol! like dam wish i could show you a picture, like get a hair brush and the width of it take a bit of hair and clip half way back then hair brush width again and like do 3 its a cute hair style i think if you get what i mean lol :S

im going to say the opposite, if u use the right protecters on your hair no your hair is fine, i use a hair drier and straighten on my hair EVERYDAY and all my friend say they love my hair it never looks dry never really has split ends, its soft and alive!
all i do it rub some blow drying cream into my hair when its damp and just before straightening use sun silk smoothing lotion u can use it on wet hair too! there's plenty of blow drying creams that aren't expensive at all!
i've been washing blow drying and straightening my hair everyday for 1 1/2 years and its the best i've even seen it!

It's probably likely that none of you have a medical degree and thus cannot really answer my question and be 100% correct. Unless ofcourse you have this problem too.
I don't know if it's normal or not to have random stabbing pains. I get them in my side and in my back. I've asked my friends if they have random occurences like that, they said no.
It's not my appendix(the symptoms don't add up) and I don't have my gallbladder anymore. I'm just curious I suppose to see if any of you share these random spurts of pain and if you've had them checked out.
Note - I'm not going to a doctor(now at least) becuase I don't have insurance, or a job at the moment. (link)

i dont know if mine would be the same though i've had them ever since i had a miscarrige in march and now i get them all the time at least 3 times a day and nearer my period about 10 times a day its not like one spot like some in tummy some back i dont know what they are i did tell my doctor but she said they would go but they havent i can live with them but just around my period they get more forcefull sorry i cant be more helpful just thought i would tell u im in the same boat!

if you have long hair
1. then layers with the shortest about your chin, the style where you straighten the top layer into your face but the lower level straighten more flicked out if u get what i mean ;)
2. layers from the chin but all flicked out (may take a while in a morning lol)
3. if you went for short hair maybe a messy bob
