What could be wrong if you don't have your period after 7 months? and you're definetely not pregnant..

My best friends sister didnt have her period for a year and she was pregnant but after that it came back to a regular schedule and when my best friend first had her period it was probrably 4 months ago well she hasnt had it sence so you have nothing to worry about trust me

its finally hit me that i need to get in shape im not like super huge butim not skinny either husky i guess if thats even a word so whats a good way to start out to lose weight and gain muscles cant really go to a track to run cuz i have school and tons of homework so please wutever advice u can give me will help i rate thanks!

First start out with a simple diet cut down on the snacking and salads are great for you. Just because you cant run at school doesnt mean you cant jog around the block and drink alot of water nothing else because it has 0 calories and quenches your thirst. To build muscle try like 25 push ups evrey night and 30 crunch ups.

Ok me (14/f) and my bestfriend (15/m) are going out... weve been for 1 month but i just dont feel like its working out... we argue A LOT now over stupid stuff like hanging out or whos house too go over (stupid stuff), but before we went out we were cool and got along.. Never fought... i thought about it last night and i decided i dont want too go out with him anymore but the thing is, he was talkig to his best guy friend one day and his friend asked what would happen if we broke up... He was like id be pissed off and wouldnt talk to her... My bf doesnt even know i know this but that hurt me :(.. So now im scared too break it off because it could ruin the great friendship we had... HELP!!!!

Hey this is really tough if i were in your situation I would talk to him about it and tell him that you 2 shouldnt get in little stupid fights. Also talk to him about working on your relationship why isnt it working is it because of the fightds because im sure you 2 can fix that.

Ok WEll when ever im at my house and i do something god without being told my mom is always proud of me and if i ask her for something like a shirt of the internet she will say yes since ive done so much work well today i went online and found 2 things i really liked and i was going to do stuff like vacume and mow the lawn to get it but unfornalty my mom already hired someone to mow the lawn and she already cleaned the whole house. I know you guys dont know what my house looks like but do u think you could like give me some suggestions on somethings to clean up or somethings good that you know you can thnk of thx!ill rate on anyones good advice

Im sure your mom will highly appreciate it if you dust, wash the windows, clean your room up or anyother room, or maybe clean up a closet.
