i have layers. but when i put my hair up all of the shorter pieces fall out. if you know what i mean. what can i do to stop this?? (link)

I totally know wat your going through I used to have layers and I hated puting my hair up here are somethings I did to help me
1)use bobby pins for those pieces that come OUT
2)use moose, gell, or hair spray to keep it up
3)put your ponytail low
4)Flatiron your hair
hoped i helped good luck oh and if all these things dont help at all just cut your hair the same length so you wont have those lttle pices come out
