ive been really tired lately and the only reason i can come up w/ is because i dont go to sleep until about 3 or 4 every night. but the thing is i dont go to sleep until then because im never the least bit tired until then. and then i'll wake up at like noon and be exhausted until about 6 that evening and ill start waking up and then i cant go to sleep until like 4 and the whole cycle starts over. but i really need to be able to fall asleep earlier and wake up earlier. does anyone kno how i can do this? its very simple
GO TO BED WHEN ITS AT LEAST 9:00
some things that can help u fall asleap( since ur probably wont becuase ur so used to sleepin at 4 in da mornin) look at a blinking lite or watch somthin boring like the local tv listings.

idk what it is, but i've just been really out of it lately. and i hate it. my mom yellz at me for doing stuff, and then she yellz at me for not doing thingz. see im tha younest of 3, i feel like im alwayz getting blamed for stuff. like. . . i . . . cant. .. breathe. its really hard, and sumtime i feel like i want to just die. We live in a duplex for 2 years now, are landlord is a good friend of ours. Recently he let his daughter move who is 20 years old. Her boyfriend lives there too. Everyday there is someone new moving in there with them. It has turned into a flop house. Up all night banging on the walls, loud music, up all night. Doing drugs on the porch and in the driveway. We told the landlord about this, and he is in denile. He told us if we didn't like the situation, we gotta do what's best, why should we move, I like it here, any suggestions help. Too much riff raff. Can the police do anything? Or is it a lost cause. (link)
