So about me Some more-

Fingering yourself is perfectly normal every girl does even if they say they don't, they have befor.
Now about the boy...If you feel your old enough then yeah its fine, but make sure you talk to an older cousin or sister about it, Don't put yourself out there, make sure he is your boyfriend and if he isant don't do it again because chances are if he isant your boyfriend he will go around telling people what he did with you, an he will tell you (over and over) that he is not gonna say a word.. but he will --they all do it.. and then word gets around and every guy will want you.. because they will think you are easy and that is not good at all--you will have a name for yourself and you do not want that, well I hope my advice helped you out

Basically, I want to loose 20lbs by the end of school. Right now, I'm 16/f and weigh 151lbs and 5'6. I would like to weigh 130-135. So far I've been eating::
Breakfast- Oatmeal, Bannana, Diet Iced Tea.
Snack- Grannola bar
Lunch- Turkey Sandwhich, Yogurt, Carrots
Snack- Strawberry's, or some sort of fruit.
Dinner- A Lean Cousine Or Healthy Choice. (under 400 calories)
Every Day or so I also take a walk, or work out for forty minutes and then lift weights.
am i doing everything correctly? Do you think I can loose enough weight by the end of school? And what kind of foods should I add to my diet, if there are any?

First you need to ask yourself, are you loosing weight for your self, Like to make you healthier,or so you can fit a certain image. I believe that everyone wants to loose weight some point in their life and not to stress over it. Eating healthy is very important, and if you do that and excerise you will loose weight, I see your diet looks healthy, but is that what you want to eat. Basically you can eat what ever you want too, as long as it is in moderation. If you it whatever you want and then decied to diet and only eat certain foods, when you become that weight your gonna wanna go back to what you were eating, and gain it back alot quicker. So just eat in moderation and excrise and you will do great!! And to answer your question about loosing 20 pounds befor the end of school, it really depends on how much school you have left..
