I'm a 19 yr old mainly agnostic ex philosophy student with rather strong views about a lot of things. I'm very liberal, love the diversity I live in in London and hate that America hasn't separated church from state.
I'm engaged to the love of my life, but agree it is a little bizarre to get engaged at 18.
I'm confident, quite literally crazy, caring and crippled. My manual wheelchair is called Sebastian and he gets scared when he goes too fast, my electric is called Jermaine (after the Flight of the Conchords character) and he really does not like ice.
I can read Braille and I know basic sign language because I believe everyone should be given equal chances. I dislike it that money doesn't have Braille on it.
I'll do my best to help out with your situations, I've been in and seen many a family conflict, I've had my fair share or love life crises, I've had about every illness known to man (could tell you a lot of amusing stories about psychiatric wards) and I'm "The Queen of Hair Dye" so hopefully I'll have some idea about advice. If it looks like I don't give lots of advice, it's because I only advise on things I know about. I also detest poor spelling and grammar so although having dyslexia makes me a bit hypocritical about this.

Hi i'm 13 years old and my mom said that I can not use a tampon until I break my hymen or have sex but she said if i have sex she will kick me out of the house and my mom said that i could kill my self if i use a tampon how do you kill yourself with a tampon and do you have to break your hymen to use a tampon cause most of my friends use them.

actually there is a gap at the edge of the hymen in which you can insert a tampon, you cant kill yourself as there is no-where really for the tampon to o, just make sure you change them regualrly so you dotn get toxic shock syndrome, but thats really rare.

ok, so i went to my friends pool party, and it was 4 hours long, so i got soooo sunburnt that i look like a giant tomato!! and it really hurts!!! but that's not what i'm concerned about. i got like sooooo tan!!!! is their anything that'll make me get whiter again? WITHOUT surgery?!! i rate high!!!

spend a long long time in a cool bath, and then go to sleep with wet towels over you, it helps a lot. also use cooling aftersun.

I have a friend moving away to England during the summer (we currently live in America). I want to put together a mix CD for her. Are there any suggestions of songs I should use? Keep in mind that both me and her HATE rap and urbanish songs...

The songs should be like, about never forgetting her and having fun and stuff... I don't know, things that would remind you of someone who was moving away, if that made sence. Thank you!

I have a crush on my guyfriend but I don't want to tell him directly because I know he likes this other girl. Are there any signs I can send him to hint me liking him but not telling him for sure?

signs are not always the best bet, they just confuse people and such. IF you really need to tell him, get someone else to drop it into the conversation?

i think he is playing the dont get me anythign game, or feels bad asking for things for his birthday, i know i feel like that, anyway, what you should do really depends on your age really, if you were serious relationship kinda thing a night devoted to his pleasure? or otherwise just something you know he will love.

ok,i am a music industry proffesional singer/songwriter,i want to set up my own business selling my albums via the internet...where do i start etc???

If you are really a proffesional then you wouldnt need advice from here, but i guess you would make some CDs or get a company to make them for you, and talk to amazon or something, they might be able to help you sell on there, alternatively set up a web page and sel from there.

I'm questioning my faith
i'm not sure what it was in the first place really
um... but I think i'm just kind of having a bit of a crisis, not sure where to turn

If you wernt quite sure what your faith was before, how can you question it? I would just not worry about it, and you will realise after a while if you are religious or not, its not really a big deal, its just a matter of sorting things out in your head, finding out what things you beleive, and what is nonsense.

Try Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley. Thats an amazing song, or if you are looking for other songs as well as love songs, try some Nizlopi or Sugar Ray, or Jimmy Eat World, in particular Hear you me and the Authority song
