I play tennis, and lately I've been trying to get down the top-spin so that I can be more effective. I've got it down really well for my backhand, but I can't seem to do it that weel for my forehand.
Does anyone have any tips or advice for how I can become better at a forehand top-spin? Thanks.
Hmm.. Well I play tennis and my coach always yelled at us "bend your knees and swing from low to high" so.. bend your knees so that your legs are at like a 90 degree angle and go from low to high, speed doesn't matter when you're first trying to get the topspin down. As soon as your topspin improves that harder you can swing. Good luck..

Well, for the past week or so I've been discharging heavily, this is nothing new, but my discharge is brown. It's usually not that color, at all. What could be wrong? I'm no sexually active at all, but is around the time I usually get my period. Is something wrong?
I think you have an infection. Discharge shouldn't be colored. Going to the doctors and having it checked out would be the best thing.

on my myspace, the box with my friends doesn't show up. I've been trying to add the custom myfriends but decided not to and deleted the code. but now I have nothing.
When you deleted the html code it must have messed up your friend list. Does it let you ass friends still, and on your home page does it say you have any friends?

ok! i have a camera, its a dsnap and all, and i have cords to it for the usb ports and theres 3 on my comp. well i've been using my camera for awhile and suddenly 1 day they juss stopped working. when you plug it in, this thing is suppose to come up saying what you wanna do like transfer photos etc. and it doesnt anymore. when i go into the hpzone program for pictures, and try connected that way it says its not connected. i even tried taking the card outta my camera, putting it in my comp. doesnt work either. at last, i tried taking the card and putting it in my printer, trying to transfer the pictures to the comp, and it said that its still not connected!
ill try ANYTHING, so please give advice and ill rate high.

Sometimes mine does that. Try turning on your camera when it's plugged into the computer. When mine is plugged in and turned on it gives you the option to transfer them.

When I start up I get the message "This computer is in use and has been locked" "Only pc-01/(my name) or an administrator can unlock the computer" Then get a screen with user name ( mine filled in) and below password (is blank)
If I click on ok it all opens up but am unable to open existing files in word etc. They are all marked "unavailable"
Do not know how I have done this but need to get thus sorted. Any help appreciated
I had something like this happen to my computer, unfortunately mine wouldn't fix. I had to wipe my hardrive and re-load everything. It a virus I believe.

I don't think so, I'm not quite sure on this one, but I do know that if it is discolored, yellow or dark yellow, that there's something wrong, some kind of infection.

ok, i am felling bad ALL THE TIME becasue of something I DIDN'T EVEN DO! I was at this girl's house lets call her K. I went with two other girls lets call them KK and S. Well, im know as your everyday GOOD GIRL, who doesnt want to do anything wrong. but, once i got there, K, KK, and S were smoking, drinking, and wearing thongs that they STOLE. I R E A L L Y want to tell my mom about this. It is a month after the incedent and i can't live for 3 hours without thinking about it. I don't want to get the three girls in trouble even though i hate them for what they did, and don't want to socialize anymore. my mom asked why i wasnt hanging out with S anymore and i said they just aren't my type of ppl. The day of the incedent my mom asked if there were any drugs involved, she asked this b/c i havent hung out with these girls for about 2 years and i made a new group of friends who have my back alwasy and would never do things that they did. and they have changed A LOT!!! Me and my friend N are always thinkign about it. and i dnt want her to feel bad to. I know when im at this age i should not care, b/c i hate my parents... but im nto like that. i want to ahev gilmore girl moments and feel close. I want to be bffs so i can spill my guts to her, cause i always feel better in the end. our family vacations starts TOMORROW! and i cant look her in the eye without thiking about it. I keep on telling myself that i didn't do anything, or all the kids ahev at least ONE secret. but i feel bad. i ahe had MANY opportunities to tell my mom about it. but i got scared and never told her. But, that night while im crying myself to sleep, i wish i did. i had two dreams so far about this, one, they all got caught, b/c i told their mom's htey were doing it and they saw them smoking. Does the second guy give you any clues that he likes you? Don't be too pushy with the first guy, just be yourself. If you're too flirty and too talkative towards him he might start to get annoyed and back off even more. Try becoming his friend first by showing him that you are an interesting person without making it very obvious that it's what you're trying to do.

Just because you're on the pill and he used a condom doesn't guarantee that you aren't pregnant. But then again it could just be a stomach flu. Try a self pregnancy test and if that's not the case go to the doctors and see what's wrong.

Everytime i shave my legs it hurts because of my razor bumps or burns whatever they're called. How do i get rid of razor burns because everytime i look at my legs i see little red dots where my hair would grow in. So is there anything i can buy or do to make my razor marks/burns/bumps go away?
When you shave you're pressing down to hard or your legs don't have enough soap or gel or cream on them. Dry shaving or just shaving with water causes those bumps. Make sure you're using shaving cream, gel, conditioner, of even soap and make sure your whole leg is covered. Then use aftershave.
