Question Posted Wednesday March 15 2017, 6:13 am

Hello. I am going to give my maths exam in May and I am very stressed. When doing a practice paper I panic, my parents are supportive they tell it is fine if I get bad marks in the practice and that it will show my weak points. I am afraid to disappoint them, I'm scared that I will get bad marks in the real test and I start to panic and get scared. I don't know what to do. I want to make my parents proud. I revise but I forget easily and that's unlike me. I am so confused. Thinking about the real exam makes me want to puke. How can I improve my weak points in maths and how can I cope with my fear? Thank you for your time.
