Christians, How do you make evil spirits & night terror go away? (plz read)
I feel like something evil has been following me for most of my life. This started happening to me when I was 9 years old. I would be scared to go to sleep & I didn't know what it was. My mom would pray with me every night & I still had paralyzing dreams & nightmares of the devil & evil shadows. When I wasn't sleep I started seeing dark shadow like people with red eyes on walls everywhere I went. I still see these things and I know I'm not crazy. I was not sleep when I saw these things. I have nightmares & most of the time I'm wide awake. Some times I feel an evil presence in the room with me & I start shaking. Everywhere I go I feel like there's something evil following me. I went on a website and found numerous stories of people talking about their experiences with dark shadows (an evil spirit with a fedora & suit following them & in their houses.) I feel weird feeling typing this. Sometimes when I'm in my room I see shadow human figures & I hear loud footsteps. I get so terrified when I feel a presence in my room & I can't move, I know I'm not sleep. Sometimes I'm not even laying down when this happens. I can't talk to a church or anyone else about this because they will think I'm crazy. I even heard a voice one time when I was 9-10 yrs old. It was very evil & scary, I was wide awake sitting up & it was the middle of the day, my mom was in another room. The voice told me that I was going to hell & it was really evil. I started having nightmares about the devil. I even dreamed that I was getting married to the devil. I was wide awake when these things happened I know I wasn't in a dream. One time I was paralyzed & I couldn't see I kept calling my moms name & I heard loud thumping. When it was over I had small scratches on my face. Evil spirits have been terrifying me for years. I can't tell anyone about this because they won't believe me.
They say that evil spirits follow you. Some people said that they've seen dark shadows over their beds on top of them & they couldn't move. when I was little I would see shadows with eyes but I would never tell anyone because no one would believe me. I do not believe that this is REM sleep. I feel like there's a dark spirit in the room with me. One time I was laying in my bed awake & all of a sudden I couldn't see or move. I heard noises & then a loud pop. I see shadows out of the corner of my eye (& sometimes I see them when I'm wide awake.( I woke up and I had scratches on my body, they weren't big. I hear loud stomping across my floor and I couldnt move.I've heard countless stories about people having sleep paralysis & seeing spirits/shadow people around their houses when they weren't sleep.
I even sense them there when I'm in church. Praying hasn't worked. I see shadows & stuff flickering around my room too. They hover over my bed on the ceiling, shadows with red eyes & a shape of a human & these are not my shadow. They follow me everywhere I live. I see evil spirits all around on things. I do NOT have a mental disorder & I'm not hallucinating, cause people have suggested this before. I've googled "shadow people", "old hag syndrome" and there's people who have stories detailing exactly what i've been through. It's hard to explain, but I think that this is something supernatural & I'm not imagining things. If I keep a bible or crucifix would that help?
This is 100% true & I'm not making this up, other people have experienced this as well & I just want it to go away.

That sounds absolutely terrifying, I don't care what anyone says I believe you. What I seriously suggest doing is to purchase holy water asap, my grandmother always buys it for my family, and spritz it around your room if that makes sense. I just dip my fingers in it and just spray it with my fingers around the corners of my room. Do this everywhere in your house, and as often as you want. Also, you should buy a cross necklace to wear, and almost never take it off. It sounds weird but these little things will help you feel more at ease if anything and should help you out with the evil around you. Another thing you may want to consider, keep a bible under your pillow and buy a wall cross. I have one in my room I love it. If you haven't told your parents, maybe you should consider just bringing it up to your mom. Ask about the history of your family, you never know what you may discover. I'm not an expert on any of this but I can only imagine how terrifying it is. If this persists you should research some specialists to potentially help you out, as you have already mentioned from searching online, you're not alone in this.
