Lice
How can you tell if u have lice and not dandruff?

Maybe give some free advice about: Health?
Have someone take a bright flashlight and carefully pull back your hair section by section, looking for tiny tannish/yellow things moving. most likely if you find one it will be crawling pretty close to your scalp and not on the hair strands themselves. They seem to like to hang out at the back or top of heads but that's just an observation and i have nothing to back that up. Maybe have them check the itchiest parts first.

Well lice looks completely different than dandruff. Dandruff is white flakes caused by not rinsing all the shampoo out of your hair, Lice are tiny bugs that are typically black from drinking blood (unless they're just hatched then they're much tinier and kind of brownish looking). But you'll feel them crawling around and stuff, Where as Dandruff just itches and it comes out of your hair when you scratch your head. Lice don't.. But if you think you have lice, Then I'd suggest asking a parent or guardian to check your head for you. Hope I helped :)
