does anyone know any good workout that will shape my whole body in like 2 weeks i want to go from 150 pounds to 110 by summer and i need good workout ideas, for my thighs,stomach,arms,back. please help ill rate 5's
But If you want to thin down/tone up, drink a lot of water, eat salads/vegatables whenever you can, and keep your diet consistent. Eat a bunch of small meals throughout the day instead of a few big ones. Don't eat for about 3 hours before you go to bed. Carbs, like breads, = bad. A little is fine, but too many will make you gain weight bad. Eat something in the morning to start your metabolism.
Oh and lift weights too. Not like bodybuilder type things though. Just do small weights, but do more of them until you're tired out, It'll tone you up more than build bulky muscle.
