I know exactly how you feel, and usually when I'm feeling frustrated, or just down, I just stay in my room and listen to music and/or write a poem, which really helps to get everything out. Well, hope I helped and Good luck!

Try to enjoy yourself and don't think much about problems. Watch a movie or the television. Do the things you usually like and for you is fun. I do that when I get really really annoyed at someone or i'm angry. It helps in letting your mind concentrate after the enjoyment. Hope I helped!

I go thRough this exact same thing eveRyday; just so you know you'Re not alone. I'm not Really shoRe what causes it, it just soRt of happens, ya know -- It just enRages a flame inside you. But I think if you just make a point of setting aside some time to be spent completely on youRself, you could be able to cool off quickly. TRy doing whateveR makes you happie! FoR instance, foR me.. my life is music, so I cRank up my steReo and staRt belting out song afteR song. I find that this woRks foR me eveRytime and even puts me in my cheeRiest mood all day. So if you like to paint... PAINT... if you like fashion, tRy mixing and matching things in youR closets to foRm new outfits. Also, you could tRy meditating, that helps many people Relax and Relief stRess, and keep it off too!! Goodluck to you, fRom someone who knows EXACTLY what you'Re going thRough! I hope eveRything woRks out, and hopefully I've been of some help heRe!!
