you are at work assisting a patient/client that you are working with to provide service
you have been told that you can bill for time spent working directly with the patient/client that you are working with to provide service each week.
you have also been told that 20% of your TOTAL time billed (NOT 20% of the time that you spend working directly with the patient/client) can be time spent talking with the patient/client's family each week.
what is an equation that I can work to figure out exactly how much time can be billed for each week talking with the patient/client's family (you would need to use a variable "x" that would stand for number of hours spent working directly with the ...

Ok so I have this friend lets call her Sam and she has a boyfriend. She told me that she thinks she has feelings for someone else other than her boyfriend. She also told me not to tell her boyfriend because she thinks he'll get mad. But me being me I pushed her into telling her boyfriend. Now I feel like if I made things worst for them because they both look sad and they won't even talk to me. I only did it because I knew that the guilt would overwhelm her and if she told him it would be better. What do I do? I don't want them to break up but even worse, our friendship to fall apart.

So, when I started my current job a year ago a much younger woman, E., was very friendly toward me- catching my eye, smiling, staying behind.
I had had a terrible experience from getting involved in work before so kept my distance from her. I knew that between the age difference (20y) and simply working in the same office nothing good could happen.
She seemed hurt but found a man from another office and they moved in together.
Eventually we got talking and I really enjoyed her company- she has a Visual Arts degree and we share similar tastes in TV and film, though she prefers Fantasy books and is quite a 'romantic' thinker.

Hi, so I had my first day at school for this year today and I am unhappy with the class I'm in. It is filled with the stereotypical guys in the back of the class that get into trouble and yell things out all the time, while making more shy people like me really uncomfortable. I've dealt with people like that before in my class but these guys are very disruptive. Then there are the 'popular' girls who don't really want to know who you are unless you go to parties. Then there are the very few who want to learn in the front, but I'm not like that either... it's super hard for me to explain. My crush found out that I like him. Wd are friends and stuff. He's being super sweet about it. He's acting extremely chill and stuff. Like normal. But it's clear that he doesn't feel the same towards me. Even though he never said so. But I feel this guilt pit right in my core and it keeps dragging me down. How do I make myself feel better?

hi, friend of mine at work has confined in me and i am not sure if i should tell the manager (she is very understanding).
my friend told me she lost a baby recently and has had to have to sweep (to make sure everything has gone), they found a lump in her uterus which they think could be cancerous. The line of work we do is helping families who require help with their children our role is to find volunteers etc. Another co-worker was talking about a family which upset my friend a little. I quickly tried to change the topic while trying to be discrete about it.
My boss has asked me once what is going on as she knows that was out of the blue for me. I had to say it was starting to disorientate me (which it was a little)...

I have been dating this guy in school for close to a year now,After our long break, i noticed we don't communicate as usual. when he came to visit me in my hostel, i had a friend with me,he and that my friend talked for hours to the extent of ignoring me. somedays when am passing by(cos we live in the same neighborhood) he talks to my housemates, and ignores me,this has been going on for a long time. our chat that used to be long and interesting has become super boring, and he used to come over at least 3times a week, now he comes once a week, and he is always pressing his phone till he falls asleep.. Is he losing interest in me?.. Cos when i asked him,he said he is still interested in us,but i am losing interest already due to his behavior

I read your advice and thanks so much....he doesn't wear a ring, but seeing that he is a bus driver I don't think id wear mine either...the way he is extra giddy towards me when he sees me...I don't think he is with anyone...and the sighs to me is saying you still don't get it.....im attracted to him, not just his to his teeth...lol. if I was to say anything to him, id rather do it when the bus is empty...but I guess I could take a chance....when I see him again...well, I think ill take your advice and push it a lil bit further and see what happens...thanks so much!!!

So, I have been with my boyfriend for 4.5 years now, he is my best friend I love him and his family...this is the guy I will marry for sure.
Recently I have been given a new team manager, he is really handsome and funny. He is basically a massive improvement on my old manager which is refreshing.
So we have one to ones to update progress and fill out paper work you know that type of bull**** that work makes you do.
We both got on really well and found that we have a lot in common! (Despite the 7 year age gap)

Scared I'm going to not graduate!

I have a biology class which is my last required science credit for high school. It's only two quarters long (about four/five months) and first quarter has ended. You have to have at least a semester grade of a C+ to pass. The class is extremely difficult and I got an F for he first quarter because I didn't do as well on the 13 page test and didn't hand in an essay on time because I was sick. My question is, do you know what the least I'd have to get to have a B- or C+ as a semester grade? Will I just not graduate if this doesn't happen?

Ok i don't want to get hated on but I'm a high school senior and I like this guy in my grade that Im graduating with and I have like a huge thing for him and he doesn't like hide from me and I think he might suspect me of liking him. Ok we're both guys, ok yeah that's what I feared of getting hated on. Lately, I have become aware of something that is stunting my professional growth. While I am a fast learner with decent communication skills, I struggle with explaining difficult concepts… even if I understand them well.
For nearly four months I have been employed in my first role as a Business Analyst.
