Should I give my mom a replica gold Pandora bracelet?

Posted Wednesday March 25 2015, 11:01 pm

So long story short a while ago I bought a replica gold Pandora bracelet from somebody online after my real one was stolen, to replace the feeling of having one without spending another $1200. It's high quality and looks almost the same as the real one. It even says Pandora on it.

So basically I have a replica gold Pandora bracelet and I also have an authentic silver Pandora bracelet that I was gifted by my fiance.

She's wanting to give me ANOTHER gold (replica) Pandora bracelet in trade for my Fendi wallet.

In the past I worked for Pandora and I got a discount to buy my fiance's mother a silver Pandora bracelet (and also my old real gold Pandora bracelet that was stolen) but my mother doesn't ha...

I have this struggle and I am not sure if I should give someone this opportunity of being the store manager or not. This person seems reliable and what not, but smells like marijuana quite often. I spoke to him about it and he has not stopped till recently.

Do I trust this man?

Where to buy things for Valentine's day?

Posted Thursday January 22 2015, 12:31 pm

So I have a good idea of what to give my boyfriend for valentines day but no idea where to buy the materials!

You know when they do football draws and use a round fish bowl thing and pull out different numbers on mini balls? Like this http://2012olympicsblog.co.uk/2012/04/olympic-football-who-will-represent-team-gb-and-what-are-their-chances-of-olympic-gold/london-2012-olympic-football-draw/

I was thinking of writing something I love about him inside each of the balls! So how would I go about creating this? He's a massive football fan !

I also thought about doing 52 things I love about you on the back of playing cards. What do you think?

p.s. I live in England so know suggestions like Walmart please!

Gift for secret Santa: I got my Great Grandma and I don't know what she would like!

Posted Monday December 22 2014, 10:16 pm

Okay so I'm my great grandmas secret Santa. I don't know what to get her, but I don't know what she likes. She doesn't really do anything but lay in bed and watch the news. My mom told me to just give her money but she pulled me as her secret Santa (yeah I know, my family doesn't keep secrets very well) and the bugdet was $25 so if I just straight up gave her the $25 back (oh yea btw she gave me my gift early, we are really messed up) then it wouldn't really make sense. That's why I want to buy her something, but I just don't know what, please help!!

I don't know how to fill up his stocking!

Posted Sunday November 30 2014, 4:19 pm

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for 9 months, and we will be celebrating Christmas together this year. I bought all his presents , BUT I'm confused to what I should put in his stocking. His presents weren't cheap so now I'm on a budget. I just don't know what kinds of things I can put in his stocking. Can someone suggest some things I can get, do, or put in there to fill it up?

What I got for my boyfriend's birthday--Is it good enough?

Posted Wednesday October 22 2014, 11:27 am

He's 27/m

We've been together for only 6 months.

A couple of months ago, we went to the bookstore and he told me that he has always wanted to read The Enders Game, since he has heard good things about the series. So, I bought him that book--he read it, and liked it. He then said that he wanted to read the second book afterward.

I went to the bookstore yesterday, and decided to buy him the rest of the series for his birthday. I also got him another book (as a joke) and then I also got him a sweater. My sister thinks it's enough but I wasn't sure if my gift would be good enough. She thought two books and the sweater is enough and that four was a bit excessive. I wanted to get him something else, bu...

What do you leave at the grave of a child when you visit?

Posted Tuesday October 21 2014, 7:09 pm

Long story short, this family I know had an infant son die at birth. I visit his grave on occasion and leave him flowers, but Thursday will be the first birthday of his that I will leave him anything. I'd leave flowers on his grave, but I've already done so recently and I want to leave him something birthday-ish. Any ideas?

What Should I Do ForThis Man?

Posted Friday September 12 2014, 7:47 pm

In October 2012, my church had an AWESOME revival that changed my life. It lasted from Sunday morning to Wednesday night for about two or three hours a service and I STILL couldn't get enough of hearing the guest pastor.

He was the greatest pastor I've ever heard and in many of his services, he talked about how he was a cancer survivor. I heard today on the news that he is dealing with cancer again. He lives about an hour away from me and is pretty popular where he lives
The news story was about how a local football team was honoring him by putting his initials on their football helmets for the next game.

My question is should I send this guy a card or a gift or something to let him know that I'm thinkin...

My boyfriend sucks at giving gifts.

Posted Monday May 5 2014, 3:48 am

I am a 23yo female. My boyfriend and I have been together for almost three years. We graduated undergrad together, and will be joining each other in graduate school this fall. It is a serious relationship and though marriage is not on either of our minds, it is likely we will be together for quite some time. I love him a lot and we are able to share so much with one another which is great. He's a great guy all around but there's one thing that is slightly frustrating with him--he sucks at gift giving. It's not that he doesn't think to give them, he just chooses things that are almost like items I'd throw in my cart while grocery shopping, rather than things that seem at all thought out.

Some gifts he's given me are: the equiv...

Which thing is best as a birthday gift for my daughter (5 years old)?

[ Answer Question | View Answers (11) ]

what should I give my little brother?!

Posted Friday April 18 2014, 10:23 pm

Ok, so its my little brothers birthday today. We're not that far apart, just about 2 years. He's turning 11 and the only thing he wants is a Pokemon game, but he's already buying himself that with his own $. If I tell him not to buy that, then he'll question. And I seriously can't lie. So can someone please tell what I should buy him! I'm serious, he don't want anything else than that. So can someone tell me a gift that is under 25$ that'll surprise him. None of my family members would help me.

Thank you guys!

Bolt carrier group for sale?

Posted Monday April 7 2014, 4:47 pm

Ok, so here is a strange question for you: I asked my brother what he most wanted for his birthday and he said just that: "A bolt carrier group would be nice." Now here is the problem: I don't know what that is. Yes, I searched it on google, yes I found a picture in image search, and no, even looking at it I have no idea in the world where you would buy one or what exactly it is. Anyone know what I should do?
