my mom is bitter because my dad is a jerk

ok here it goes -- my dad treats my mom like she's nothing! He yells, cusses..and so much more. I can't even count the amount of times he's called her worthless. And she can't do anything about it, because that's how it's always been in my culture, women have no say. Now this has caused alot of problems between me and my father, but that's not what I'm here to talk about now..now it's about my mom. Lately, I've noticed..it's been getting to her. She doesn't say anyting to him, but when he leaves...oh my. It can be like "sure, honey, I'll do whatever you please.." after he's said something rude to her. But the minute he walks out the door it'll be like "Sweetheart, tonight..sleep in my bedroom, so your father won't be able to ...

I have a problem with my mom's way of life.She
doesnt care what she wears or looks like. She wears always nasty dresses (kinda exposing ). I hate the way the men stairs at her.On last tuesday I was watching tv with my friend (boy), she came in the room, wearing a loose frock, when she bend to collect magazines from the floor, her frock was up and her nude hips were exposed to us (she was not wearing panty as usual). I was soo embarassed in front of my friend.
How should I mend the ways of mom. Pl. advice.

I might not graduate, my father will kill me

Alright, this is the thing. I HATE my highschool. Really, HATE it. So I've been pretty much miserable, which is why I've been skipping alot, and now I found out..because of this, I might not graduate. Now you'll probably never understand my culture, but there's nothing more important than education, My father has said it straight to my face "I don't care abotut your happiness, as long as you get into a GREAT university, and have straight A's" and last night he said "Go study! If you have any B's this year, I'll be really dissapointed, and you won't be my daughter!" And when I tried to tell him how dumb that is he said "I've only ever asked you for ONE thing in your life, and that's good grades, just that one thing.....

On weekends, and such, I go out with my mother and grandmother. I'm very close to them, and they're really cool. We relate a lot even though we're all different generations. I guess I'm a lot closer to my family than most people my age.
I look at other seventeen year olds though, and they're always out with their friends, partying and stuff. I very rarely go out with my friends, because a lot of them annoy me and I have a lot more fun with my family.
But I'm starting to think I'm the only teenager who goes out with both my mother and grandmother, and I should be going out with people my age doing more "teenagery" things, as I don't want to look back on my youth and think of all the things I missed out on.

ok so, my dad is a complete jack ass, according to me, he is completly insane and its driving me crazy.....thats my dad
my mom is sick, she has manic depression, she bought a bottle of perscription drugs and hid the EMPTY bottle, so this gave my jack ass of a faher the idea that she was on drugs! she said she was giving them to her one friend who is the same way as her, manic depression, he just doesnt choose to go to the doctors.....thats my mom
well they have been argeing since before i was born, i recently found out<19 years by the way>,

okay so my parents are in a fight. okay so first off, my mom doesnt want my dad talking to this girl on the phone and since the phone bill doesnt come in the mail becacuse my dad changed it to online bill, my mom told me to log on to my dads username and check up on the numbers he has been calling (iknow the password) and my mom finds the number of that girl that she doesnt want my dad to talk to . my dad isnt cheating on my mom, its just that my mom doesnt wnt him to talk to her. okay so now my mom is mad at my dad and shes been telling how my dad talks to another girl on the phone to my uncles and aunts. and i feel really bad for my dad because i feel like i kinda betrayed him.. like i know its wrong for him to do that but still and now m...

VERY LONG BUT I RATE HIGH!
my dad. i dont know how to explain him.. he divorced my mom when i was 3 and i guess my mom walked out on me. she came back so now i see her every other weekend. my dad and her still fight sometimes and he gets frustrated with her easily. everyone at my dads house always says bad stuff about my mom, including my brother, so i defend her as best i can and my dad gets really angry. i live with him & my grandparents & my brother. i cry at least one time a day but i dont cut or anything like that. i just cry alot. hes very agressive, smokes, drinks, and takes pills. i dont know what to do though because im not sure why hes like this and he always takes it out on ME. i cant go to a psychiatrist b...

okay, so my mom hates everything about me so, I make up things that happen at school, like I tell my mom that the boy I like has said I'm sry about a billion times to me b/c of something that really happened but he only told me once, should I stop telling her lies to make her happy with my school life( which is better than my home life)or no???

ok i got a problem i live with my aunt and grandma for almost 2 years now and i live witht hem because me n my mom use to get into it real bad bout stupid stuff but now me n my moms real real close and i hate livin here at my grandmas cuz its like im in prison the only bad thing ive really ever did here was get bad grades and thaey acted like it was the end of the world.. but n e ways i really really want to move bak in with my mom my mom says itsa ok but i have to tell my aunt i want to move out but im scared she wount let me or shell flip out on me i need help on tellin her i dont want to live here no more will sum 1 please help me

my mom really pisses me off. She always says something and then denies saying it. A few weeks ago she said I could get whatever I wanted for my graduation present, as long as its not too expensive(meaning over about 3$00 or so). I finally found what I want. A digital Camera. I showed her the webpage and now shes saying that she never said I could get a graduation present, when i KNOW she did! it makes me so f*kin mad! (sorry for the language) What should I do?

ok to tell it all short my brothers going to court and may be sent away .my moms in the hostpital she has been for 3 days .my other brother is named the good child.my family has 5 people in it and im the only girl so i clean cook and do laundry.i cnat believe my mom has done it for 20 years ive done it for 4 days.i have so much gratitude for her and ill never mesure up.i am slipping on my grades at school witch i was already strugiling and is at resk of failling my grade.i dont want to have my mom as an excuse for my homework.i stayed home today to catch up and no one knows that.

Hello,
My sister is a single foster mom for infants in Mass. She told me how she is taking a drug that tricks her body in to thinking she gave birth, so she will start to produce milk. She is planning on breast feeding the infants in her care. If the child does not take the breast (which is what is happing now), she pumps the milk and feeds it to the child with a bottle. The foster care office has no idea, and my sister has never been tested for any disease that she could pass on to the infant through the breast milk. I know that this is against foster care policy, and it could be considered as a form of abuse.
So my question is, should I report her? At best case her foster license will be taking away and no...

I am a Canadian female who is seeking advice on a difficult problem. My bf and I have a semi-long distance relationship and he is closer to me now because he is home for the summer. Next year he will be back at his college far away and his landlord won't allow visitors and he doesn't have much money to come see me, so I want to spend as much time in the summer with him as possible while keeping him seeing his family in mind. bachelorette party vs. reality show

My dream has always been to be an actress or singer. A few days ago I did really well at a huge audition and now have a call back for an "American Idol" type show in London. I am one of 200 people who will be filmed but only 10 will be featured on tv. The problem is that I have a younger sister who is getting married in America the weekend after the week I'm supposed to be in London and as her maid of honor I am throwing a huge bachelorette party the weekend before the audition. I need some advice on advice to give to a friend. Oh and please don't tell me to "just be there for he" because that's really not helping her. Today she told me how much he hates when people ask her what they can do and stuff like that.
Anyways here are her problems:
1. Her mom just got remarried to an asshole this summer, & he really is an asshole. Even I get into arguments with him while I'm over there
2. Before her mom married him, she promised my friend that they wouldn't have to move out of their house. She lied, now they live at his house and she hates it

My mom has been married three times. One of her marriages I actually do believe that she might have loved the guy. This was the guy that she married before my dad. Se didn't take as much as she did from him as the others so I believe she might have had some feeling towards him.
Then comes my dad. Wonderful man. Aside from how he's a work addict and was never there. Ever. I don't know if they really loved each other, I've never asked and I really don't care. I`ve been abused by my dad sense I was little. He hasnt done it as much but he has been doing it still. Last night he hit my really bad with his fists nd choked me. I love my family so much but it hurts me so bad that I get hurt and I feel like im not worth anything. What should I do? I dont like living here but I wouldnt like living anywhere else! what should i do? My dad has been reported to the department of human services but they never do anything. Im 15 by the way. wow, i definitely made a mistake, and i was at a house where people were drinking. i only sipped a few thing but i didn't even like it so i didn't drink and i didn't get drunk. i should have called my parents and had them pick me up, and i didn't so now they don't trust me at all. this is gonna spread around school quickly and i don't know if i can deal w/ what kind of stuff people could say. i really want to earn my parents trust back but i know that is gonna take a LONG TIME! i wish i could take everything back. what should i do?
