Laptops that are good for drawing/digital art?

I've been doing digital art and animation for about 3-4 years, with a Ugee pen tablet and a Windows 7 laptop. My computer is getting old and slow though, so I want to get a new one. What laptops would you recommend for a kind of beginner artist? I can't get anything too fancy, probably $800 maximum. Thanks!

Sony Vegas not Working Well

Hi, my SV has recently - in the last 20 minutes turned to crap. It worked perfectly fine before but now it just doesn't want to cooperate.
I have a black screen for the preview (audio still works) and when I try to render, it says there was an unexpected problem. It doesn't crash.
I was trying to pre-render a video beforehand and pressed Ctrl+Shift+B by accident and when I managed to fix that, it's when things started going downhill. Any help is welcomed :)

Wifi when I don't have wifi

I like to watch this girl, Aspyn, and her husband, Parker's vlogs on YouTube. In one of her recent videos, she is driving in the car with Parker. She working on her computer in the passenger seat and is talking about how she has wifi on her computer even though there isn't wifi around because she is using it from her phone. I was just wondering how that could be. If it is an app or if she had to buy a software for that to happen. I'm coming up on an international vacation soon and if I can get wifi on my computer when there isn't wifi around, to get me through the traveling, that would be great. Thanks for any help!

Stressed out with chrome

Hello. I'm so stressed out about google chrome. I uninstalled it 3 times from the control panel then installed it 3 times. However the problem is still there. There are a lot of pop out ads like reimageplus.com, flirchy and other sites I never heard of. Also, my home page is constantly changing from my stable google before to ask.com, mysites, and other useless bullshit. Please please help me. I feel like crying. I have so many unfinished stuff. I tried changing the google settings like over 20 times but the problem still persists. I have an antivirus though and I've read something on omnibox or an article that sounds like it, but the problem is still there. What should I do please do help me.

I do not why, but my PC can't install updates. PC shows me some problems there and that i must reload PC. I doing that and then the same - happened nothing. What's wrong?

Find a great laptop for college

Hey everyone i just wanna say thanks in advance to anyone who has any helpful suggestions. I am going to college soon and i really am in need of a computer. I have looked on Amazon and best buy. But there's so many out there, that i just don't know what to choose. I want a computer that packs a lot of space and has a good hard drive. That won't slow down when i have alot of things on it. I'd really prefer a laptop with: a webcam,maybe one that can turn into a tablet,and a disk tray,id really like one with a light up keyboard. But overall it doesn't have to have all of that (it'd be a bonus) but overall i want a great computer that will last. Also I'd prefer it to be cheap lol but im willing to spend $200-500 (maybe even to $600 ) thanks again

There's this ad site or something called Jumbo Deals that keeps having pop ups on my computer. I've ran my AVG virus and it doesn't find anything.
I use google chrome and I have the settings set to block all pop ups but yet this one still comes up.
It's really annoying and I don't know much about computers or anything so any help would be great.

Computer virus,encrypted all of my files

Hi.I got the computer virus that says it has e crypted all of your files and you gotta pay up.A technician is going to come check it out soon but i wanted to ask since i dont know anything about compuers.I have a hard disk,all of my photos are on it,will those files be encrypted too? those photos are my life please help me i am freaking out.thank you.

I got the virus saying "all your files have been incrypted" and i am freaking out.ill get a computer specialist but i need to ask you smth.i got all my photos on a hard disc connected to the computer.have those files been encrypted as well? any tips? thank you

Doubts regarding lifetime of a replaced laptop motherboard.

I own a lenovo B460E laptop which i bought 3 years ago. Last november i wasn't able to turn it on and after taking it to a repair store i was advised to replace the motherboard. Since i did not have the idea of buying a new laptop, i went ahead and replaced it. I use my laptop for gaming around 3 hours straight and it has a dying battery whose charge lasts for around 20 minutes. So i usually use it plugged in. I would like to know whether i can use my laptop like the way i am using it now or are there any precautions that i should follow. Thanks in advance.

hello! so, i know how to customize your profile/privacy settings to how it is that you can control who views your posts or who posts on your wall. Currently, I have the privacy setting on where only I can see who posts on my wall. However, I want to make it so that only friends can view it... BUT, there are certain comments that only I want to see. Is there a way that I can make it so that that ONE comment is only for me and that not all my friends can see it. Thanks!

what's the best laptop for a freshman?

Hey to the person reading this, I have a problem I don't know which laptop to pick.im starting my freshman year in college study physical therapy this spring. I know I will have to take alot of boys and I wanna be well prepared for it. I want to spend within the range of 500-800 for a laptop kinda on the light side. I kinda want a suface pro3 with the detachable keyboard and stylus pen..but it's pricey and I wanted I laptop with a built in cd burner. Any help or advice on this Matter will be well appreciated. WiFi Router set up

Hello Advicenators: I have a Asus RT-AC52U Dual-band Wireless-AC750 Router. I have it connected to the Comcast box that is in the house for WiFi now. I am having difficulty completing the ser up. I can not seem to open the "launch browser" that the instructions mention. I tried entering the generic # they also give for set up with no success. It came with a install disc but I don't have a drive. I have a Samsung Google Chromebook. Any further instruction you can give me will be appreciated. Thanks, Dzadzy

AppData / Local / Microsoft / Windows / Burn / Burn file corrupted

My computer is telling me that my AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/Burn/Burn file is corrupted, as seen in the link below:

I've ran the check/repair it tells me to, but it doesn't fix it, and says something about a program I downloaded that's preventing the check/repair to finish. How can I fix this?
I'm not even sure what this file is, is it safe to just delete it?

I like this guy, it's a stupid little schoolgirl crush, I just think he is the cutest thing so he tweeted something earlier today and I waited a little to favorite it so I didn't look crazy. When I did favorite, I kept scrolling to to favorite others and when I scrolled back up to his, my favorite wasn't there, so I favorite it again. My question is, did he get two notifications that I did that? Why did it even get unfavorited in the first place because I know I didn't go that? Help, please! I don't want him to think I'm a weirdo that I liked it, then didn't or whatever and liked it again because I know, for a fact, that I didn't unfavorite it.
Also, please don't tell me to just not worry that if he's cool, he'll understand....
