My shoes are on fire.

So I was walking this evening and I accidently stepped into some kerosene. I just shrug it off and keep walking with my jazz hands lookin' all cool when this guy runs by and yells "That building is on fire!" So I start running towards it all like "yeah, who's your hero now?" with my jazz hands, looking cool. I get next to the firy part and my shoes are on fire randomly. Now I'm on a laptop someone gave me. What should I do?!

I like to run around town in my favorite running shoes, not wearing socks. This is cool because it's relaxing, but not cool because my shoes smell like the living dead. I really, really don't want to wear socks, so besides that, what can I do to cure these things?

Permanent dark cicles under my eyes.

I always seem to have dark circles under my eyes,always. I wear glasses so they're not that noticeable but I'd still rather not have them.
I get about 9 1/2 on school nights and a little more on the weekends so it shouldn't be solely lack of sleep.
Does anyone have any ideas why I've got them or how I could get rid of them?

Okay, there are a couple of guys that I like, and I've never had a boyfriend before (I'm a junior in high school). I keep getting hints from other people that they like me, but I just don't have any clue whether or not they like me, and I really am getting tired of trying to listen to people who have no clue what they're talking about when they say that someone likes me. Any suggestions on how I can figure it out for myself without asking them straight out or asking their friends or mine?

Macromedia Fireworks

How do you make an animated gif in Macromedia Fireworks? It seems pretty easy, but I don't know how to use the animation palette. I can get my picture to 'shake around', but I don't want that. I want a rapid sucession of a series of pictures.
Also if you know of any websites that could help me out, please let me know!
Macromedia Fireworks' help section is poo. And I thought Adobe's was bad!

My parents are driving me crazy.

I'm 20 years old and I still live with my parents while I'm in school. They are driving me crazy. I want to get out but I can't afford to so I'm stuck in this situation. Anyway, my birthday is coming up and they're throwing this huge party that I don't want. They already sent out the invitations, so I can't get out of it. Is it wrong to fake an illness so I can stay the entire night in my room?

my dog is going blind

My labrador puppy, Chewbacca or Chewie for short, is turning five. His mom is my sister's dog, Vanilla Wafer or Niller, and she has an eye problem. She's gone blind and has such problems that she may have to have her eyes removed. I'm terrifed that Chewie is going to develope the same eye problems. Is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening?

Okay, so i REALLY like this guy. But I don't think he would like me back. I'm in 8th grade and i've never gone on a date or "gone out" with anyone before. If I asked out any guy in the school they'd probably rush me to the hospital or ask me if I was joking. I dunno, maybe i just have low self esteem. But the guy I like is pretty quiet and really smart. Please don't tell me to just go for it, cause if he said no, it would haunt me forever!! (i'm sort of a drama queen. shut up.) So I guess my question is: How can you tell if a guy likes you/would go out with you without actually asking him?

there is this guy who just asked me to homecoming. i dont really like him so i said that i would think about it, and fortunately for me a guy i like asked me and i said yes, now i dont know how to tell him that i am going with someone else because he was really expecting to go with me. how should i tell him i am going with someone else?b

Pie Crust Recipe Needed!

I make one heck of a quiche. Except while living with my grandmother, I never made the crust (she would pre-make tons of dough for pie crust ahead of time, and I would just take some of that).
Now I want to make a quiche, but don't know how to make the crust. Yes, I asked Grandma, but she doesn't measure anything, and starting getting really confused when giving me specifics.
Does anyone have a good recipe for pie crust. You know, the nice, flaky, golden type?

I work at FedEx and there's this guy that got hired on the same time I did. We became friends, and we've seen each other outside of work but strictly as friends. Now, for no reason at all, he's stopped talking to me. He goes into work a different way so I don't see him. He doesn't talk to me online, and when he sees me online, he puts up an away message. I figure he's met someone but I thought we were just friends so that shouldn't matter. I hate feeling like someone is avoiding me like a plague, especially when I didn't do anything. What's going on?

ok, first i need to tell u this whole story
last year i met him, and we were distant friends, i guess if thats what u wanna call it, now, this year, we are like, brother sister close. except, i dont want to be. i want to be more. i told him this....but on the same day that 3 other girls told him about their love for him too!. He told me that he doesn't want to choose between all of us because he knows that somebody will get hurt. Also, he had liked this same girl for a while. even if he didnt like her, i would still be callin her a biotch. i dont see why he likes her, she is a serious bitch and rude to everybody...you have no clue. she is goin out with somebody right now tho.anyways. i want him to be happy. thats why im not ...

Everybody in my school has already had like 10 boy/girl friends... I've had none. Thats right... zip, zero, zilch! They all say how great it is to be hooked up, and they always have someone to dance with at activity nite. I have nobody!

Meeting an online friend.

I have been talking with this guy online for over a year now. He only lives about an hour away but neither of us have met people from online so we've never met in person before. My parents are having a bonfire the weekend before Halloween and I've invited him. He's accepted the ivite but I've also arranged to meet him this weekend. I'm really nervous about it. We're really good friends right now and I guess I'm just worried that meeting in person will ruin that. The question I have is should I be worried?
