What does "pop your cherry" mean? Like I know it has something to do with a hymen...what I'm not exactly sure what a hymen is!! Like does it just happen when you put something...up there? Does it hurt? Like what IS it? And is that a way someone can tell if your a virgin or not?? and i rate. (link)

Ok i read this on a site "having a hymen and being a virgin are not the same thing. Virginity means never having had sex. Of course, people have very different ideas of what "having sex" is, so that affects what their definition of virginity is." There is really no way to tell if you are a virgin or not..and i have heard stories that it does hurt the first time.
