i cut myself a lot just to make the pain go away and i told one person and they told me to tell my parent but i dont want to i wanna stop but i cant its just hard i need help can someone tell me wat to do please

okay .. yeah you need to stop i used to cut my self to than i talked to my friend and it sound'sz mean but they said that they wont talk to me any more if i do it because im just hurting my self and thats when i noticed that i ahve to stop and anthor one of my friends took all the sharp objects liek knives out of my room just tell anthor one of you're friends im sure they will help you and if you no you have a problem thats the first step to stoping .. < | 3 i think freinds are the best to help you stop bec if ur parents are like myne they would freak out if they found out but still be there for me but they wouldnt make a huge deal out of it i think if it gets really bad and you cant stop than you have to stop ...
