My dance iz comin upp!! i have to choices on wat to wear.. I could wear RIPPED JEANS N A SHIRT or A SHORT SKIRT WITH SOME HIGH HEELS. what would you perfer? (link)

This is a question that only you can answer. You may want to wear your jeans and a shirt instead of a short skirt and high heels for two reasons:high heels will be difficult to dance in, and a short skirt may ride up or down which you may not want to happen. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Have Fun!!
