This sounds like a really childish question to ask but..thongs.
My mom thinks they give the wrong message across when a 14 year old wears them.
But I still want to wear them because I hate it when you can see the panty lines. They're just so ugly!
They make me feel weird knowing that you can see them! I hate it. There's probably nothing wrong with it, but I still don't like it.
I don't know what to do though. I wear boy shorts alot, they don't show as many lines but I don't really like them. I wanna feel comfortable.
My friend told me to just confront my mom and tell her that I don't like the lines I get with regular panties but I can't do that, LOL. I don't know why.

If your mom isnt understanding at all of this then just do it anyways, dont tell your mother.. She might get frusturated with you once and awhile she figures out, but she most likely wont take them away, if she does go to the mall and buy more with your friends.. ( This is what I did @ age 14 , lol ) Cept if youll get in bunches of trouble then just tell her you REALLY dont want to and its because panty lines..

HOW SHOULD GUYS HAVE THEIR HAIR, "down there"?
1)totally shaved.
2)big, bushy and uncut.
3)cut short.
4)cut short and shaved around the legs, nutsack and a-hole.
5)doesn't matter.

some girls dont care.. but if youre planning on going for trying to get 'head' all the time and you want it done right, pretty mush totally shave... or #4 could go ok.. If your asking bout a long-term girlfriend that you know loves you then it won't matter but otherwise..shave
