Well. Let him know that you want to wait a while for sex. Sit him down alone. And talk about sex. And taking your guy's relationship farther. Tell him to wait a while and maybe you guys can have sex.
Make him get excited about waiting. And tell him that you will do alot of things with him when you guys get into the relationship more.

Hunnay ! Hard situation. But anyway. If he says he you want to mess around or something. Or is trying to infer that he wants to do some sexual stuff. Then say hey im not ready for that in our relationship. If he says no or gets upset or dissapointed then he probably just wants you for what you did with your ex. But then he also could get mad about it just because he thought you guys were ready. But it depends on how mad he gets. If he gets a little frusterated, then I would give him a little more time. ok so i was at a sleepover party for my friend and it was all girls.. at we started to play truth or dare. it was stupid little dares at first but everyone kind knew we wanted to do naughty dares. so yeah then we started daring each other things like you know make out and then it got worse cause we started u know um.. lets just say we used whipped cream and we DIDNT lick it off ice cream. wink wink. the worst part is i actually found it enjoing and we stayed up all night. im kinda confused cause i loved it so much but i dont get crushes on girls i just fantasize about doing things with them?? am i lesbian or what? Well umm... I guess if you liked it then you might be bi-sexual. I mean if you were curious before you did the whole thing then you were probably bi-curious. But if you feel like you would like to do it more often and you like guys too then in comes being bi-sexual.
But if you are only interested in girls. Then you are lesbian.
