i just recently had my braces put back on today is the sixth day ive had them i still cant eat from them being sore suddenly my teeth to line up together which causes some discomfort & my jaws have been sore to the point to where it hurts to open it.. is this common? & what should i do about it? I had braces myself. Take a couple advil, that'll take away some pain. Eat soft foods too until your teeth no longer hurt. The pain will go away soon, don't worry. Good luck!

There is this girl on my basketball team who is in a lower grade and has moved up to varsity. She is good, hustles and all this. But she is the worse ball hog, although she does hit it most of the time. I counted how many plays she shot the ball like the last two days out of ten. She shot more than 7 of the shots. This ain't the worse part, if someone doesn't go where they're suppose to go, she yells at them. She is negative towards everyone of her teammates. She never says anything good. She pisses everyone of her teammates off. Where having a team meeting before our scrimmage Saturday if she doesn't straight her act up before then. I'm just curious to see what all you would say to the team?(we don't address them personally) Thanks in advance! (link)

okay me and my boyfriend made 5months this monday, and its been pretty qood, like monday he and i was happy that it's been 5months and at the end of the day at school monday he was like "5months baby" and all over me, but our relationship is kinda weird, like i love him and he loves me, but there's days where our love is strong and there's days our love isn't strong and i kinda hate it, because it hurts mee alot, like i dont know what to do, i try to be all over him, but no pushy thouqh, but its whatever too him. And when we have days like these i hate it, and it really hurts me, can you hellp please because i have no idea what to do. (link)

i'll try to help as best i can.
have you tried asking him if on these days, if there's anything on his mind? maybe he's stressed out, or maybe something else, that's making him seem distant.
maybe the same thing could go for you. have you ever been so busy, stressed, etc. that you seem to focus more on your problem than him?
that happens to me sometimes, too. it's perfectly normal. good luck!

ok so im a sophomore in high school now, wanting to join band. I'm now taking lessons for clarinet, and I'm going to band camp next summer, hopefully =] b/c im going to join marching band next year. I just dont know like any of the cheers or how to march!

oh yay! i love marching band!
if you want to practice your marching, i have a decent idea, and it's a bad habit of mine. when you're in a parking lot, try taking either six even steps or eight even steps from one line to the next. that helps with making sure your steps are consistant for a given amount of space.
with everything else mentioned in perious answers, i'm sure you'll do fine!

hey everyone, i'd really appreciate your time and input, i'll keep it short :)
there's this sweet guy i've known for about a year now, he's not like other guys i've seen: he's a great listener, very observant, humble, and kind to everyone.
we've known each other for about a year now, and have the same group of friends, didn't know him that well then. but recently he's opened up a little. i've noticed he laughs a lot at my jokes, moreso than other people do, (and they're not all that funny). it could just be that he's nice. but just recently he started to touch my arm, gesture to me, get my attn. over little things and mentions my name a lot(i'm excluding some tidbits to shorten this). a lot of girls are attracted to him, and he's known our groups of friends(who are mostly girls) longer than he's known me, so i'm wondering what this new comfortableness means. and i just found out that he's going to europe and at the end of the trip he's going to spend 3 days in paris w/a girl from school who'll be there too(but she apparently has a bf). i don't know this girl, but my friend says he doesn't poke her or anything, but then who feels comfortable enough to go hang out w/a girl he's known only for 3 months in a diff. country?have i misinterpreted these signs, does he like her instead, and me as just a friend? please help!!! thank you! that's almost how it was with my boyfriend and me, actually. i had no clue he even liked me, because girls were all over him.
but since you're doubting that he does, tell him how you feel and ask him if he feels the same way, (that's what i had done) and if it's a "yes i feel the same way about you," type thing, ask him out! it sounds like you guys are good friends, and chances are you won't break up really quick, so when he goes to europe, you'll bne on his mind even more, and he'll be in the "i can't wait to see her and hang out again" mood. haha, i have a bad habit of making up scenarios (sp?) with such little information.

well, you always could just go up to him and ask him out, but if that's too outgoing for you personally, just make it a point to go up and talk to him a lot, being flirt. give him hints, strong hints. just not too overpowering! he might be creeped out by that. ha ha. good luck!

I have a bunch of songs that I imported onto my iPod from My Documents, and some of them that I import don't download with the album artwork. This is usually okay, since I can just make sure the album name, song title, and artist and spelt correctly and are right, then right-click on the song and click on "Get Album Artwork". But sometimes when I do that, the art doesn't come up, even though the information is all correct. There is no box that comes up that say that it can't find it or whatever. So what's the problem? well i don't know what the problem is :( but i can tell you a way to get the album atrwork.
while the song is playing in your itunes library, make sure the white box in the lower left hand corner is up.
go to google.com and go to an image search.
just type in the artist and the album name, and pictures should come up.
right click on the picture and then left click on "copy"
while the song is still playing, right click on the white box that should still be open and click "paste"
the album cover will be saved for that song.

Usually I just wear mascara.

i have blue eyes too! yeah! :]
anyways, some ways to make your eyes look really blue are to put either a light blue, or light brown eyeshadow on your eyelid itself, then right above your eyelid, where there is the crease, put a darker color in that crease. [maybe a medium/dark blue.]
that'll make your eyes look really deep. then mascara, either a dark brown or black shade.
as for eyeliner, do what you will with it. i personally wear it, it makes my color show up better, but that's me. [i use a dark brown shade] i would say play around with it. if you like how it looks go for it! if not then leave it alone.

Omg I did something really bad and I'm aware of it I just talked a little too much about this girl in my class to this kid who knows her and I'm soo sure he's going to go tell her all I said and make me and her fight over all of this and I know its my fault and I know I shouldn't of said anything bad about her in the first place but I wasn't thinking I don't know what to do and I'm sure he already told her ! I mean he said he wouldn't but he's done it before which is why I don't trust him I know stupid right? if they have told her, confront the girl yourself instead of having a friend fo it for you, or doing it in a note.
go up to her and apoligize and if you honestly feel bad tell her.
there's a good chance she'll se it your way and you can get things settled through talking and not fighting.

I got into trouble today for my cell phone at school, my teacher didn't make a huge scene but he still yelled at me and made sarcastic, crude comments. I talked my way out of the situation, but for some reason I had an anxiety attack. My mind keeps replaying him yelling at me, I feel so guilty. This happened once before when I got into trouble at school for putting down a teacher's idea. Whats wrong with me? Why can't I get this out of my head? (link)

well I think that it means you CARE about what happens to you; you CARE about how people see you as a person, such as a teacher. i would say don't stress over it and if the teacher keeps giving you a hard time, get a parent or guardian to talk to them about it. or just ignore them.
teachers act all mean and and get so worked up over things just to show students who don't behave that THEY are in charge, and by the sound of it, you're not one of thos kids.
