You shouldn't be asking me this..you need to ask your sister before you ask anyone else, and also, was she heartbroken, or did she break up with him? and even if she did break up with him..she still might have some feelings for him..at least to the point where she wouldnt want you going out with him. Talk to her about it, and get her true feelings...he's just a boy in your life, but this is your sister, you wouldnt want to do anything to hurt her.

Well first of all...this guy is playing you. Im really sorry...but think about it, if he would cheat on her with you, he would do the same to you if he was going out with you. You just have to step back and let this one go.
