I'm sbout 5'2" and weigh about 90lbs (I have a REALLY fast metabolism). Is it possible to gain any weight on my arms without getting any on my stomach? That's where all my gained weight goes. Could I be able to beef up my arms a bit? (link)

well if you wont big arms then you should do like um dimond pushup were you putur hands in a dimond and do push ups there hard but they work i would know im 13 and i olny way 79 pounds and im a cheerleader

well you should have waited longer because your soo young and you can get soo many disieses and sicknesses and if you really likes you then he will wont you for yo;u not for what you can do
