I've always dreaded the first day of school just because I don't deal with change very well. I know that it's not as bad as I think it'll be, it's always fine. But I still get panic attacks and get really sick the night before and that morning. Any advice on how I can overcome this?

the first day of 6th grade for me was the same as it was for you! i puked right before i got onto the bus!! but after i felt much better andi ended up sitting with my friend!

what you could do is just think of all of your friends and that you will get to see them again at school! think of good times at school etc. change doesnt come easy for everybody! and beleive me you are NOT alone!
