Im a 17 year old girl and my boyfriend is 16. I just asked my mom if he can come over and she said yes but i didn't ask my dad. He came over and my dad caught us ( not having sex just chilling on my bed) and now he told he that he is hurt. What should i tell him? I feel really bad but cant put any words into my head to tell him. (link)

You should start by saying exactly that. If he told you he was hurt by what you did, simply apologize to him for doing so. you could say "Dad I know what i did was wrong and that it upset you. I am sorry for betraying your trust. I cannot even begin to express how mad at myself I am with words." and then ask for time to be alone with your thoughts. Express emotions of guilt and resentment. Take responsibility for your actions.
