well first you need to excercise everyday. maybe try running around your house for 5 to 10 minutes every day for a week or 2. the every morning when you wake up brush you teeth, comb your hair, get changed, and eat some breakfast. when you see him after you excercise for a week or two, have your hair in a ponytail. is there a certain place you see eachother every day at school or outside? if he knos that you are always there then dont be at that spot when he goes. he will think about you---- where is she? is she on a secret date? why isnt she here?---- that will make him wonder about you and the next day if he asks u where you were just say "i was with someone but not someone important so its ok" and since you should have your hair in a ponytail then take it out, flip your hair and walk away. do you talk to him often? if you see him alot and talk to him a lot then start to flirt with him. you can stand close to him and if ur sittin with him then put your hands in your pocket and your head on his shoulder.
