heyy i'm in high school , looking at colleges and trying to figure out what i want to do with the rest of my lifeeee. I have a few thought of what i would like to do and one of them is becoming a vet.
I've always loved animals, and science but i'm not really sure what going to veterinary school entails. I was wondering if anyone new if there are certain high school science classes that are required, what kind of college classes you would need tot take before getting into vet school and things like that.
Please don't answer with well i think blah blahh but i'm not sure, because i really want to get the facts. Thanks sooooo much!!!! (link)

Sadly, most public schools don't teach many classes that pertain to vet science. Mine teaches small animal care. My advice would be to take as many biology classes and anatomy classes as you can. When you choose the right college for you, it will be easier to see what classes you will need to take.
By the way, a school with an amazing veterinary program is Virginia Tech.

Okay so, I was sitting around thinking about goals for myself and I was thinking I really want to be an actress, ya know, make something of myself. I'm stuck in my tiny town and I can't get out. I want all of the people in my town to be put on the map, for us to be recognized, for us to be something. I want to be able to die and be happy because I did everything possible, no regrets. I want to be the next Selena Gomez or Miley Cyrus, they both come from small towns and rose to the top, of course Billy Ray had a big part in Miley's excellence. I want to do this, I am so dedicated, I want to be seen on tv, wear beautiful dresses, meet the stars, attend Gala events, I want to be on Disney Channel, I didn't think small town girls were possible until Debby Ryan, look at her, she came out of nowhere. As did Nikki Blonski of Hairspray, she litterally had no experience at all, the cast of the movie found her at Coldstone Creamery taking a break from filming and they liked her so much they just asked her to go down to the studio to audition her. Please don't just write back "Good Luck, you won't get anywhere" Anything is possible so don't be a jerk. I want honest advice, what do I do next? Acting classes? Are the classes going to be costly? How do I audition for a show? Do I send in a tape or do I have to go somewhere? Please help me, I want this so bad. (link)

Hey. There's nothing wrong with chasing an ambitious dream. Really. Shoot for the stars!
You need to be prepared, though. There is a lot of competition.
One thing that you can do is be involved in theatre productions in your community. Mine has several and for several levels of expertise. Acting classes, if you can get them, are good, but any high school drama class will do.
Singing is a very important part of acting, believe it or not. Many of the best singers I know have in turn become great actors as well. It helps define your personality and facial features. It makes you more unique.
Maybe also consider a career either in theater or even arts management! By becoming educated in the business aspect of acting, you are helping show the public how talented you really are.
As for auditions, just be on the lookout for local tryouts, and be confident! Our culture is really evolving by means of trying to put various people on the big screens. We don't want Miley Cyrus, Ashton Kutcher, and Taylor Lautner in every movie. Agents are always trying to find new personalities.
Most importantly, don't let anyone discourage you. There are more opportunities out there than you'd think.

I'm super pretty. Super skinny. All the boys drool over me. But I'm nawt popular, because in 5th grade, i was a total LBR and i befriended the lamest girl in my class. Now,were still friends and shes still and LBR. Most of my friends are super popular and i would luh-v to hang with them instead I'm expected to hang out with my LBR. So how do i gradually drop her without hurting her feelings?
Thanks!

Wow that sounds really shallow.
Most intelligent guys find girls who are so willing to change themselves and hang out with the most popular people to be pathetic.
My advice, ditch your "super popular" friends and start making quality friends that will stick with you when you aren't so "super skinny" and "super pretty."
