i'm 5'5 and weigh 158lbs. i've been going on and off diets for awhile, and the one i was recently on worked great. i lost 15lbs on it! well, this weekend..i kind of over-ate and gained 5lbs back on (on thursday i weighed 152lbs).
i need tips on how to keep myself from cheating on my diets, and stick to it. i also need tips for snacking, excersising, and a way to beat cravings..
i have no deadline, really. if i can loose this weight before school ends, i'll be happy.

well..i have the problem too, and i have been losing weight! not that fast, but i my deadline is 3 months, and i`m sure that i will be fine. All i`ve been doing is eating what i eat, but i eat it with little bites, and i actually chew the food, instead of swallowing it whole. i also run, and i`m starting to play sports, so that`s a plus. Take on a sport, and that would be a great help!

do you have to be a certain age to buy diet pills at like cvs, brookes, walgreens and such?
also, what are the cons of taking diet pills?

i have only one answer == don`t take diet pill. [period]
they aren`t good for you...and that`s the only answer i could give. listen to the guy before me...don`t believe the commercials.
