Well, in all honesty its hard to see a 12/13 year old girl do any of this. It's a shock, not because I think your a slut, but because you'd even feel ready to get that far. In answer to your first question, yes, I think this boy was using you. I don't know how old HE is, but to say "how bout you suck it for me" is not only inappropriate but the definition of an asshole.
