k im not sure this is the right cateorgory. but anyways i love taking pictures of random things and on iconators they have there avators with animation and i was wondering howw they do that stuff so

Well, to do that, i use photoshop.
[assuming that you don't have that, as it's wickedly expensive, here's what i say...]
you could look for a program on, say, google or something.
search sites like that typically have things that you can use online without even having to pay.
