Hi Rebecca.
I have a son who is four years old and I'm 22.
I was your age when I had my son and am a single Mum so I know it's hard sometimes.
Your daughter is going through a clingy stage. So many of my friends have been through this and dealt with it in different ways but giving into a cuddle is not the way believe me!!! Their children are the same age as mine and they won't let go of them! Don't let it get to that cos you will stress yourself out so much.
It might seem cruel but you have to leave her. You should know her cries now i.e. if she wants a bottle or nappy change etc. If you've done all them things put her down and let her play or give her something to do. If she cries for no reason you just have to leave her. If you pick her up everytime she cries for attention, your teaching her that Mummy runs everytime and she will carry on with this until you break it. You have to occupy her mind. It won't work the first time or the second. You have to keep going until it works!!! Just don't give in! YOur the boss!
Good luck babe!

Hey. I really think you should seek help. Is there anyone close that you could speak to about why you do it? You should go to the doctors and tell them about this too. It's very dangerous and your just hurting yourself. You need to help yourself.
