My best friend is 18 and we have dated once then his ex GF wrote him a long note saying she loved him. He dumped me and they got together then we stoped talking. Then we became friends and then best friends. Its almost a year since we dated and he told me that he loves me and always has..the problem is he is still with the same girl he dumped me for.He tells me all these sweet things and how much he cares for me. Then he sayd he loves her to. i feel like i have fallin for him and he knows that. What do I do because we want to stay just friends but at the same time be so much more (link)

oi konw the feeling. Last year i started datein this guy named sean. I grew up with the kid and hav known him since we were born. All of a sudden I started gettin feelings for him. We dated once and when he broke it off to date this other girl i was devistated. After a month or two he dumped the other girl and came running back to me. After datein him a total of three times I realized that I was that girl on the backburner. Thie girl that would always be there for him to run to in case he cant get another girl. So my advice is not to get over him but to slowly try and look for a diffrent guy. I know that with sean he will always be in my life as a bff or an ex bf but I just needed to move on. Now I am datein a diffrent guy and have realized how he treated me like trash and that there are a ton of guys that are a million times better...I hope this helps :D

ok so on myspace a guy that went to my school called "eric" liked like 4 times and he asked me out 4 times i said no to all of them cus we NEVER talked at ALL... so now on myspace we talk alot and he said im beutiful and cute and sexy and all that and now i kinda like him and wanna go out with him but i NEVER had a boyfriend so i dont like know what to say to him or do with him help

i was in a situation kind of like this once. I can tell you what worked for me....I told the guy straight up "hey i like you" we ended up talkin more and then he asked me out. If you dont konw if you want to rush into something like that try just hangin out with him on dates this way you can kind of test the water before goin on a full on swim. Hope I helped :)
