ok! Well this summer I was on a very intence swim team, and volleyball team! I weighd about 84 pounds! Then after summer when volleyball and swim team stopped, i started to eat more and i just stopped exercising what so ever! And i dont have gym in school! Now i weight about 112 pounds! I really want my body shape back i've tried to hold back my eating but i cant! Please help me what should i do? (link)

well its good that you've gained some weight because you don't want to look anorexic, but if you want to tone your body back up start eating healthy and excercise on a daily basis

well you can start by treating with respect and always compliment her no matter what and always call her jus tfor the hell of it, that shows that you really care and you'll do nething to keep her.

well usually that means he wants to tough u in places your not used to getting touched in. If your not comfortable with him doing that then tell him your not comfortable and ready, and if he really likes you then he'll respect your response,

k i like this guy lets call him D and he is black i am white and my parents are totaly against that! i havent told them yt but i really like D so i am confussed about what to do!!! i think he likes me too but its kinda iffy!!! i wanna date him but i dont want to be disowned by my family. and i know they will disowen me because the had told me before if i had ever dated one then they would ! so what should i do!!!

ok ive gone through the same thing as you, if you like this person the way you say you do, then i would just go for it your parents can only do so much and who knows they may start to except your decision.
