what should i do? i thougt about being a journalist, but i really want to do something with my peoms because i am really pationate about it and love writing them. i dont think im that good with writing stories so i dont want to be an author or anything but im good at writing my opion and writing poems.

what should i do? take a writing corse? how can i get my poems noticed? i write them in a blog but thats about it. i dont know what to do...
ANY SUGGESTIONS? thanks xxx (link)
Read lots of poetry and also standard books that teach poetry writing. I prefer 'The Poet's Guide to Poetry' by Mary Kinzie because it gives so much bang for the buck but it is somewhat advanced. There are wonderful books available on poetic meter, and I favor Derek Attridge's 'Poetic Meter'; it is the bible of rhythm in verse. Write lots of poems and don't be afraid of rewriting, editing, and sometimes throwing them away. Keep working at it and you will be good.

Can anyone tell me how old do you have to be to work at mcdonalds? (link)
The minimum age to work at a McDonalds is 14 years of age. It may vary from state to state, but no state can permit someone under 14 years of age to work at McDonalds under normal circumstances.

I'm 17 years old and I live in wellington florida.I've been looking all over the place for a job but i can't find any! Help! (link)
You can try to get a seasonal job during the summer. lots of stores r hiring now, try American Eagle, Forever 21, JC Penney... and so forth. Then select the area you want to work at... it''s great! tons of employers post their ads there, it's helped me a lot!!
if you get a permanent job, dont tell them you are going to travel because they may not hire u in the first place. then, after a month you make up an excuse .
the other thing you can do is going to a staff agency and start working asap. pay is not so good most of the times, but at least you have a steady schedule and some money

Are there any good online jobs? If so, please post a link.

Thanks (link)
The work from home jobs that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

My mom is a single parent and I'm an only child. She broke her wrist and she's been on disability since January. I just found out that we have to go on welfare and that we might lose our apartment.

I really need to find a job to help support me and my mom.

Please suggest anything for me to do. I'm desperate at this point... (link)
Have a yard sale, wash cars, moe lawns, house cleaning, bake sale, sell chocolates, buy and re sell stuff (clothing accesories makeup jewlery) or you can also try tutoring ect. I guess these are some things you can do to get money. any way i hope you find a job.. Good Luck!
