I have a CRO audition next Saturday and this is my 3rd time auditioning [7th grade I got 2nd violin 5th to last chair, 8th grade I got 1st violin 7th chair and this is the last year I can audition for CRO] and I really want to be 1st chair 1st violin. I have few questions though.
Is there any way to reduce my nervousness? And the auditioning sheet thing said to play two octave scales for the scales listed below. I was thinking of just doing three octaves with 4 notes in one bow because the speed is 120 and I can't fit a whole bow when it goes that fast. So what kind of bowing should I use and should I do 3 octaves? (link)

I'm 14/f, and I was on this pill for a year that made me lose my appetite. My doctor finally took me off of it...but now, my stomach has completely shrunk, because when you don't eat, your stomach shrinks. I can barely eat half of a hamburger without being so full, I want to throw up. I am *NOT* anorexic. I've gone from 88 pounds to 81 pounds. My doctor keeps telling me just to "eat more" but I can't just "eat more", or I'll get sick!
How do I gain weight and my appetite back?
